Siesta Campers Lisbon in Lisbon

I rented a Volkswagen campervan from Siesta Campers in Lisbon, and the experience was fantastic. The crew was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The van itself worked perfectly and was very comfortable for our road trip. With just the two of us, there was plenty of space, making it easy to relax and enjoy the journey. I'd highly recommend Siesta Campers for anyone looking to explore Portugal in style!

We had an amazing time in the siesta camper (Atlantic). When we picked up the van the staff was very welcoming and friendly. We felt comfortable from the first minute on. They explained everything patiently and in detail. The van was amazing but you should have in mind that the people who used the van before are responsible that everything is clean. In our case it wasn't super clean, but acceptable. 26 days on the road were great and we always felt like we would have an helping hand if needed. The website is well structured and informative, so even if you've never camped like this before you feel well prepared (like us ;)) Thanks for everything dear staff, we are grateful for all the new memories we will never forget & 100% recommend siesta campers.

My name is Yuri. Let me start from the most important things to say to all of you, the future customers of Siesta Campers - please do not hesitate to choose them since their customer service is at a very high level! Our trip was planned and reservations made at a last minute - some 2-3 days before the pickup. The guys and ladies at Siesta Campers did all the explanations and bookings fast and clear. When we were in the process of choosing the electric vehicle IT Buzz, it turned out that one door did not want to properly close. What Siesta did at that point was that they offered us a bigger van and a good compensation for the inconveniences, and off we went to explore Algarve! The replacement car VW T6 Cali was great and cozy making our first-ever-caravan experience smooth and enjoyable. The return of the van was quick and pleasurable. I must admit that all 7 (seven!) people that I got in contact on the Siesta Camping `s side were equally ready to help, easy to communicate and cheerful human beings! Let me name them - Emily, Joao, Mike, Monica, Sarah and the lady-manager that I could not remember the name of. Thank you guys and I do not know what can possibly make me change to another provider next time)) You are my caravan renter of choice! Muito obrigado!

Our Siesta VW Camper was amazing! The Siesta Campers' team are very thorough with their explanations with the workings of the van. The shared pantry is a great idea- a bit like paying it forward for food and basic items. It was a bonus that we could pick our van up in Lisbon and drop it off in Porto. The website is amazing but.... final cost renting a lot more. Some of the vehicles are very "used". No customer first policy, rather, "we must finish lunch first". You feel like a criminal returning the camper. The staff let you wait while checking for damage, making you feel inferior. What is positive is that there is a counter with left overs from previous campers that is free to take.

I recently rented the all-electric VW ID. Buzz from Siesta Campers and had a fantastic experience. The vehicle was a joy to drive, and everything went smoothly. The Siesta Campers team was kind, helpful, and maintained excellent communication throughout the rental process. Highly recommend! Portugal is a good place for road trips, especially in low season. Personal tip: look for Lidl for charging points. They are really good and reliable.

Highly recommended! Very good customer service, very friendly and accommodating. We rented the Grand California for 7D6N. It was clean with functional amenities. They even recycle products from previous campers where we got some groceries and used it during our trip. We drove from Lisbon to the North (Cabo Da Roca, Sintra, Aveiro, Tomar, Coimbra, Porto and Braga), then drove back all the way to the South (Lagos, Sagres and Cabo de Sao Vicente) without any problems with the Campervan.. It was an awesome experience! Definitely worth the trip and will be renting from Siesta Campers again if given the chance ....
