My experience with Tesla service has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a car that turned out to have a defective part. This defect caused the car to veer off the road, resulting in significant damage and putting my life and safety at risk. Despite the issue being clearly related to a manufacturing defect, Tesla service refused to compensate for my damages. They showed no responsibility and provided no adequate support in this situation. I am extremely dissatisfied with their response and do not recommend this service to anyone. Be cautious when purchasing vehicles from Tesla and consider the potential risks
I have bought my second Tesla, when I got the first one I swore I would never ever buy a Tesla again. The cars are amazing but the customer service is the worst I have seen in my life considering all companies digital or traditional. Unfortunately the new Model 3 is so good that I surrendered to the temptation of a Trade In. I regret it very deeply, I thought they had improved when I received an email from my "Personal Delivery Advisor", he would be at my disposition for anything related to the delivery. Neither him nor the salesperson had ever responded to numerous emails over many days on matters as important as 1) Confirmation on the trade in value delayed almost till the day of delivery 2) Payment instructions 3) License plate of the new car to get the insurance 4) Authorization of the person to be picking up the car..., they rely you to the "Tesla Account" for instructions where of course there aren't any on the things I have mentioned, I have just been one hour on the phone with the recording saying they are busy with other customers, reminds me of the worst times of mobile lines suppliers....
First - our test drive got delayed by over 1.5 hours and we decided to cancel. After, we made an order, nobody answers any email, phone doesn't pick up, we have no idea what to do or to who to pay. Horrible service for such a brand. Avoid.
not enough staff. Update:- Still trying to sort out our new car months after ordering it. Administration appalling. No communication...we can't phone anyone and emails go unanswered. The only way to move anything forward is to go to the showroom (and wait one hour to speak to an adviser which is what happened yesterday). Mistakes made by staff there are not rectified. We are still battling to get this new car. Wouldn't do this again.
Really nice showroom, place at the famous El Corte Ingles. Go check it out and book a test drive!
I had already checked what I wanted, so my visit was just to see what it really looked like and get a feel for the build and space. For that, the showroom serves its purpose perfectly. The staff were helpful but don't expect them to know everything, do your own research online.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THIS SHOP AND WITH THIS BRAND. I bought a Model X there and the seller promised the free supercharger for ever. After 1 year, they charged and we understood it was wrong. They didn't want to admit it. They don't respect the clients and lie all the time. And I'm not talking about the very poor quality of the car... If you want to purchase a Tesla, it's better to forget about it!!!
