Upababy in Lisbon

Great service! Well organised, both the order process and the delivery/drop off. We got and gave back our stroller at the Porto airport, everything was on time and not complicated at all. The communication via WhatsApp was super fast, I could clear all the questions I had. The stroller itself was not new, but totally fine for the week of rental. Thank you guys! :)

Using Upababy on our vacation was the best decision we made! It saved having to pack our stroller and car seat overseas from Canada and risk damage during transport on the airplane. And the fact that they met us right at the airport upon arrival in Lisbon and then departure too, it made renting so easy! The car seat and stroller we rented were clean and in excellent condition too which was very important. Highly recommend using Upababy if you're traveling to Lisbon with kids! We rented car seats for our five-month-old and three-year-old. The car seats were in great condition, exactly as described, and we received clear instructions for installing and using them via WhatsApp. Communication with the company was great. They were very friendly, reliable and accommodating of our travel plans (we arrived a little before midnight). Really an excellent service.

We were delighted by the quality of service, communication and products we received from Upababy. We were met at the car pick up point in Porto and received instructions and help regarding the car seat, high chair, and stroller we requested. All were in great condition, and supported us well during our 2-week trip to Portugal. For us, it was a great idea not to carry all these things with us on the flight, but rather rent them (for a decent price!). We were delayed at the airport, so our friends waited for us patiently before we could pick up the equipment. We were met with nothing but kindness from them. The communication regarding the drop off of the equipment was also well handled, with no issues. Thank you Upababy for making our trip easier!

I highly recommend Upababy. We flew in from USA and needed to rent car seats for our toddler and 1 year old, since the car seat regulations in Europe are different. They met us at the airport in arrivals with the 2 seats, explained how to install, and helped us get to the car rental shuttle bus. The seats were clean and in great condition. We decided to meet at the airport on the day of departure, however, our flight was delayed so they met us at the car rental place to pick up the seats. They made the whole experience very easy. I would definitely use their services again!

Absolutely brilliant experience! We hired a car seat to pick up from Porto airport with only 7 days noticed. Communication from Upababy was super quick and efficient.
