I was visiting Lisboa, for vacation and I wanted to rent a car for Sintra and Cabo da roca. I found Virtuo and I booked the Peugeot 208 GT. I rent the car for 24/07/24 for about 12 hours. When I went to Parko Eduardo VII, the access to find Virtuo cars was easy. The process was easy, in order to unlock the car and report the damages. Everything was perfect and I don't know why but the refund was delivered back to my Revolut account within 12hours.

does virtuo add highway tolls to your invoice automaticay in Portugal or do you have to pay it yourself? I ended my rental but there is no summary or info in the app.
I simply forgot to re-feel the tank, and I was charged additional 70EUR. It would be VERY friendly from you side to push customer, when he/she wants to finish the rent, to check if he/she really want to return the car with not full tank. It will save the money and safe a lot of neurones.
The best experience with car rentals I ever had! 3 min to pick up the car, 3 min to drop off. No need to return car with a full tank and amazing new Mercedes A-class!
Great experience overall. Nice car, easy booking, smart app and features, and return of the car went smooth as well. For digitally-savvy people this is a dream way of renting cars. Be aware there's no personal to help you on the location, everything is digital.

Enjoyed renting a car in Lisbon so easily just using the app. Car was in an excellent condition. Everything went smoothly. And it's great that you don't need a credit card for EUR300 deposit -- debit cards are also accepted. Will definitely use it again.
