Buggy Safari started in June 2006 with the aim of bringing visitors to the beauty of Algarve that not many people know. We do this with you in a comfortable and safe way, using our brand new top of the range fleet of 1000CC off-road buggies. Buggy Safari is a family business and was the first to develop this tourist activity in Europe. Currently it only works on an exclusive and high quality basis, accepting only small groups or families. Safety and comfort is at the highest standard during our tours.

I recently went on a buggy safari in the Algarve with my family, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Not usually my kind of activity but my husband and son were keen to try it. Well I absolutely loved it, I honestly think this has been our holiday highlight so far. The buggys were brilliant, the views amazing and the sunset location we lucked out with an orange/pink glorious sunset this evening. Both Sandra and Helder were lovely, lovely people. And bonus, we got to meet their lion! Highly recommended.
We found buggy safari on Google and wow what an experience, the staff where amazing and very friendly the trip ended with an amazing view of the sun set and the views where beautiful, my wife and kid loved it. Great fun and cant recommend this enough as the perfect family activity
Helder was an amazing guide! He shared so much information and took us on a terrific tour! It was so much fun to take terms driving the buggy and Helder made sure that we were both comfortable with the vehicle. Our lunch spot was also phenomenal!
We had an unforgettable experience on our tour. Our driver was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. He answered all of our questions with a smile and went out of his way to personalize our journey. Along the way, he stopped to share samples of local fruits and nuts, providing fascinating insights into their history and their role in modern Portuguese cuisine. Our tour concluded on a high note at the top of Cerro de Cabeca de Camara, where we were treated to the unique spectacle of watching paragliders launch into the sky.
Such a fun and different experience in the Algarve! Get away from the beaches for a morning to speed around the back tracks of the hills to be greeted by the amazing views at the top. We took x2 buggies for our family of 4 and had a great time despite all the dust!! Completely safe, loads of fun. Thank you so much Helder and Sandra who were brilliant
Awsome ! Thrilling ! Great Fun ! The Buggies were amazing, fast and very safe. Our Guide was very knowledgeable knowing every track and turn in the area. Unlike other guided trips we saw that day our "Safari" was kept small and personal. Loved every second of it and I would Highly Recommend
