Roma Rent in Loures

Wow, renting in Lisbon was a snap with Roma Rent A Car. Eduardo, Antonio and the entire staff was amazing. I booked my rental in January and communicated with them periodically and it was a pleasure. They were very professional, very attentive and very kind. When we made a change to our tour schedule and needed to move the date, they were very helpful and made the change...no problem. When we came to pick up the SUV, it was clean and ready to go. The checkout process was fast and a great experience and Antonio made it very simple and nice. I also met Eduardo, the owner of the agency and he was a great guy and very friendly and outgoing and accommodative to our needs. The Citroen C5 Aircross is very luxurious, easy to operate and gets really good gas mileage. It road beautifully on the highway and maneuvered very well. We couldn`t be happier with the service or reliability of Roma Rent A Car. We highly recommend them when visiting Portugal.

Personnel tres a l'ecoute et conciliant de repondre a nos demandes , on a loue deux voitures pour notre periple au Portugal. Oui , un peu plus eloigne du centre-ville de Lisbonne mais avec le service obtenu d'Antonio Serrano en particulier , nous ne pouvons que vous referer cet endroit pour encourager une jeune entreprise tres professionnelle et honnete ( pour la location de voitures et de vente ). Empresa jovem, mas com uma equipa muito atenciosa e sempre disponivel para esclarecer as minhas duvidas. Viaturas impecaveis e precos muito acessiveis. Primeira experiencia muito positiva e, seguramente, a repetir.
