O primeiro carro que aluguei teve um problema de oleo mas rapidamente me ofereceram um outro carro melhor e mais novo. Todo o resto correu bem, sem cobrancas surpresas ou "pegadinhas". Atendimento muito bom, principalmente da Marcia.
The first car I rented had an oil problem but they quickly offered me another, better, newer car. Everything else went well, with no surprise charges or "gotchas". Very good service, especially from Marcia.
Public location wonderful
First time I used them to rent a car at Lisbon airport: Great! This time: Awful! We announced our arrival time with lots of notice both when collecting and returning the car but there was no-one in the hotel. To collect the car we ended up waiting about an hour and when returning the car, we waited so long we almost mis our flight and still no-one had shown up. Yes it's convenient that you don't have to use a shuttle but we will never use them again as the stress is just not worth it.
Toller Service zum fairen Preis! Wir haben uns ein Fiat 500 Cabrio fur den Strand geliehen. Fahrzeug wurde uns zum Hotel gebracht und von dort auch wieder abgeholt. Das Auto war sauber und es hat alles funktioniert. Charles, der Uberbringer, hat uns alles sehr genau und sympathisch erklart. Die Kommunikation bei offenen Fragen erfolgte via WhatsApp und war sehr praktisch. Wir empfehlen diesen Mietwagendienst auf jeden Fall mit gutem Gewissen weiter.
Great service at a fair price! We borrowed a Fiat 500 convertible for the beach. The vehicle was brought to the hotel and picked up from there. The car was clean and everything worked. Charles, the deliverer, explained everything to us very precisely and sympathetically. Communication with open questions took place via WhatsApp and was very practical. We definitely recommend this rental car service with a clear conscience.
A minha compra da carrinha foi tratado pelo Sr.Miguel ( Stand do Porto) que foi tudo muito rapido e pratico. Tanto na entrega da carrinha no Balcao de Lisboa (Bobadela) com o Sr . Angelo. Pela simpatica de ambos. Foram 5 estrelas.

O meu assunto foi tratado pela, seguradora, mas da parte que me diz respeito foi tudo muito pratico. Tanto na recolha no Balcao de Marco Canaveses, como na entrega no Balcao de Lisboa (BOBADELA).
My matter was handled by the insurance company, but as far as I was concerned, everything was very practical. Both during collection at the Marco Canaveses Counter and delivery at the Lisbon Counter (BOBADELA).

Very good car rental service. I had 2 separate car rentals from there, I received brand new car in perfect condition. People working there are amazing, vey friendly with good level of english, and super helpful when I had some issues with my credit card payment. I would highly recommend them :)
