When we came to Madeira, we had some trouble picking up our prepaid car from a different rental company at the airport. So we went to our destination of Machico by taxi. The owner of our accommodation recommended this rental service to us. And wow, what a great service, very helpful people, they were doing everything they could to get us a car. When we returned the car about two weeks later they even took us to the airport. Absolutely amazing!

We booked a last minute car rental to take a break from bus tours. Best decision ever!!! No rushing at a viewpoint and plenty of time for walking. Rosa was very helpful and got us in a car within 20 minutes thanks to simple pricing and paperwork. Lucy provided addition info and context including some amazing views!! Would highly recommend.

My wife and I rented a Nissan Micra for few days. Carlos helped us choose this car, explained the rental process and set us up. The car was not expensive and fun to drive. We did have a problem with the battery, on the last day of the rent, and Carlos fixed us with a replacement car, no questions asked. I was positively surprised by that! Very professional and transparent car rental with good prices. Highly recommended!

10/10 experience. In my years of renting a car across the world I have never had an experience as good as at triple 777. The customer service from Carlos was 2nd to none. The car was amazing, it was perfect for climbing mountains, reliable and modern. The price was almost too good to be true, the insurance was included and no deposit required. Carlos explained the pros and cons of each car, allowing us to make a decision that was best for our trip. If we are ever in Madeira again we now know who to go to, and have recommended this place to family and friends who are looking to visit Madeira. Just when we thought it couldn't get better Carlos transferred us to the airport after dropping off the vehicle and gave us some authentic Madeira cake. Thank you Carlos, never change, such an amazing guy! We spent a day in Madeira looking for a car, so Please if you are looking to hire a car do not look any further this is the place, our only regret is wishing we found Carlos earlier.

The best rental company in Madeira, cars in very good condition, good price, parking and, most importantly, very nice owners who can advise and offer transport to the airport. We felt like we were renting a car from a family member. We will definitely come back here!
