Atendimento terrivel, super desagradaveis e pedem quantias astronomicas para "aluguer" de um carro substituto que a propria seguradora estava a pagar porque sofri um acidente por parte da outra pessoa. Nenhum custo deveria ser cobrado , no entanto sabia de 100EUR de caucao ate ai tudo bem , ate que me dizem que esses 100EUR ficam cativos durante 3 dias para verificar se o carro andou em portagens, etc etc. Pior que isso foi proporem-me quase mil euros so para ter um carro deles e ser um "seguro" durante 3 dias para poder sair de la com a viatura. Ridiculo. Prefiro andar de transportes enquanto tratam da situacao. Servico que nao recomendo a ninguem mesmo.
Terrible service, super unpleasant and they ask for astronomical amounts of money to "rent" a replacement car that the insurance company itself was paying for because I was in an accident by the other person. No cost should be charged, however I knew there was a EUR100 deposit so far so good, until they tell me that these EUR100 are held captive for 3 days to check if the car has been to tolls, etc etc. Worse than that was that they offered me almost a thousand euros just to have their car and be "insurance" for 3 days so I could leave there with the vehicle. Ridiculous. I prefer to take transport while they deal with the situation. Service that I don't recommend to anyone.
Mau atendimento, de simpatia nada tem, condicoes muito caras, nao aconselho, vim embora porque e ridiculo a maneira como dizes que temos que aceitar as condicoes deles, que sao muito fora do contexto e agressivos, e caras.....

De facto talvez o pior rent-a-car que ha memoria, mau de mais para ser verdade. Na altura de entregarem a viatura, nem sabiam onde estava o carro, um tempo infinito a espera e ver o funcionario completamente perdido a procura do carro, e os Clientes a espera com horarios para ir trabalhar. Na recepcao da viatura, servico ao cliente zero, educacao zero e ainda disseram que nao podiam esperar 5 minutos porque tinham de ir a vida deles, em suma, formacao zero! Tudo com um so objectivo, cobrarem 85EUR por meio deposito, qd era apenas esperarem 5 minutos. Enfim vale tudo para sacar dinheiro aos Clientes. Nem acredito que exista uma empresa assim no mercado! Para esquecer, a evitar, mil vezes no aeroporto, onde a atencao e o servico ao Cliente e 5 estrelas, bem haja ao pessoal da AVIS do aeroporto, onde sou Cliente habitual. Aqui nunca mais!! Tenham cuidado!
In fact, perhaps the worst rental car in memory, too bad to be true. When they delivered the vehicle, they didn't even know where the car was, waiting endlessly and seeing the employee completely lost looking for the car, and the Customers waiting with schedules to go to work. At the vehicle reception, zero customer service, zero education and they even said they couldn't wait 5 minutes because they had to go about their business, in short, zero training! All with one goal, to charge EUR85 for half a deposit, which was just waiting 5 minutes. Ultimately, anything goes when it comes to withdrawing money from Customers. I can't believe there is a company like this on the market! To forget, to be avoided, a thousand times at the airport, where the attention and customer service is 5 stars, well done to the AVIS staff at the airport, where I am a regular customer. Never here again!! Be careful!

Terrivel, nada prestaveis, espera de uma hora para no fim me dizerem que nao aceitam a carta em formato digital. Aluguer de carros com complicometro ligado, evitem este lugar.

Estou a dar 1 estrela por nao ser possivel por 0. Aluguer ai uma viatura pelas 18 horas e no dia seguinte pelas 10 horas estava avariada, neste momento estao a cobrar a reparacao de uma peca de desgaste. Muito cuidado a quem utilizar esta empresa
I'm giving 1 star because it's not possible for 0. I rented a car there at 6 pm and the next day at 10 am it was broken, at the moment they are charging for the repair of a wearing part. Anyone who uses this company should be very careful
