Just finished our rental of 2 fiat 500 with these guys. They were super friendly and helpful. Very efficient and not pushy at all. They didn't force me to take their insurance as I had my own excess insurance with worldwide insurance! I would really recommend that you have a high enough limit on your credit card as they will block it 3 times, 1 time for 1700, 2nd time for 70 for the Tolls and a 3rd payment for the car, we paid 50 for 5 days with an additional driver included. Very good experience can't recommend them enough. RETURNING CAR: take the turn off on the right at the round about, its the entry to all the car companies and continue driving round to the orange car hire company.

I have been renting cars from different companies in the past 3 months and this is one of the best experiences I had. The process was super smooth, the staff all speaks English, the car was quite new and good quality. Sure it had scratches, but that is normal. The return process was also very straightforward. No additional hidden charges, as it sometimes is in other places. I will definitely come back if I need to rent a car again.

they charged us 33 euro for dropping off the car at 6:12am instead of 8am as we initially put as drop-off time. ironically we put 8am to simply avoid any late fees should we be late. the explanation was that they are closed and open at 8 only. why were they there then? bad experience and don't recommend renting from this company just to be clear terms and conditions does talk about 33 euros for out of hours pickup fees

If I could I would put 0. We booked via auto Europe, when we arrived to take possession of the vehicle we were asked what insurance we took. We replied that we had already taken out insurance for the car and passengers via auto Europe (we always use this platform) except that the rental company informed us that this insurance is not recognized by the company and that we must either block a deposit of 54,000e or pay insurance of 1364 euros for the 2 semines, or pay 400 and trifles for partial insurance. First negative point. Then we are given the vehicle in a pitiful state with a damaged front shock and some chrome elements torn off, dents here and there all over the body and mirrors and the car is dirty. We ask to make an inventory with supporting photos and a paper document signed by both parties. The rental company looks at the mileage and tells us that the small defects were already noted in his tablet and hands us the keys. No agreement, we demand a paper document and film the entire car with the remarks. The annoyed rental company ends up giving in. We get in the car and my son couldnt buckle up in the back because the seat belt doesnt work. We are asking to change vehicles because they are not safety compliant. The very annoyed rental owner asks his colleague to check with us and he actually notices that the belt does not work. He goes to see his annoyed colleague who comes back showing us that it was nothing, you had to keep pressing the red button on the belt and engaged at the same time to fasten the belt. So obviously he was aware, we asked to change vehicles and he told us that he didnt have one in the category we had rented and that he could offer us a 208 for the same price. My husband finally accepted. HAS 2 weeks later we return the vehicle and we see that he does not return the deposit of 100 euros for refueling. I ask for explanations and we are told that it will be refunded within 48 hours. We are still waiting for the refund. We also asked Auteurope why their insurance did not cover the vehicle and they told us yes that it was the rental company who was not playing the game. As a result we paid more than 2200 euros for 2 weeks of rental instead of 945 . This company does not want to know anything and will not reimburse us. These are crooks, a letter goes to the DGA which cannot do anything from a legal point of view but if several complaints about commercial practices and morals are sent to them. The airport can impose penalties or worse remove them from the airport area. There have already been precedents.

Nous montons dans la voiture et mon fils ne pouvait pas s attacher a l arriere car la ceinture de securite ne fonctionne pas. Nous demandons a changer de vehicule car non conforme en matiere de securite. Le loueur tres agace demande a son collegue de voir avec nous et il constate effectivement que la ceinture ne fonctionne pas. Il va voir son collegue agace qui reviens en nous montrant que c etait rien il fallait maintenir appuyer sur le bouton rouge de la ceinture et enclenche en meme temps pour attacher la ceinture. Donc manifestement il etait au courant, nous avons demande a changer de vehicule et il nous repond qu il n en a pas de la categorie que nous avions loue et qu il pouvait nous proposer une 208 pour le meme prix. Du mon mari exceder fini par accepter. A 2 semaines apres nous rendons le vehicule et nous voyons qu il ne rend pas la caution de 100euros pour le plein. Je demande des explications et on nous repond que cela va etre reverser dans les 48h. Nous sommes toujours en attente du remboursement. Nous avons aussi demande a auteurope pourquoi leur assurance ne couvrait pas le vehicule et ils nous ont repondu que oui que c est le loueur qui ne joue pas le jeu. Resultat nous avons payer plus de 2200euros pour 2semaines de locations au lieu de de 945 . Cette societe ne veut rien savoir et ne nous remboursera pas. Ce son mt des escrocs un courrier part pour la Dga qui ne peut rien faire d un point de vu judiciaire mais si plusieurs plaintes sur les pratiques commerciales des m urs leur sont envoyees. L aeroport peut mettre des penalites ou pire les virer de la zone aeroportuaire. Il y a deja eu des precedents.
