After waiting for 1 hour ... We were not able to receive our allready paid online car because their system can not take a deposit when you Bring back your car to another city. They forced us to pay EUR171 extra for full coverage even though we did book without full coverage. Also we had to pay extra for a highway tol system. All this protected by the quote: 'that's how it works in Portugal Last year we Traveled to Madeira, also Portugal ... Hired a car for 10 days ... All went smooth. Probably because we used another Company :)
Companhia de gente sem palavra, reservei um carro para agosto em marco, paguei e hoje anularam a reserva "nao temos carro". Se for ao site, ha carros para alugar mas muito mais caro !
Company of speechless people, I booked a car for August in March, I paid and today they canceled the reservation "we don't have a car". If you go to the website, there are cars for rent but much more expensive!
