Attended by Mr. Jose Pereira, I just have to say good things. Very detailed in explaining the procedures and answering our questions. For those who don't use the rent a car service and have doubts, this is undoubtedly where you can clear them up and find the service you want. 5 stars
FireFly is cheap brand of Hertz. Never book on that. I'd booked the attached car (got Fiat Tipo instead of Opel Astra). Original comment of Agent FireFly doesn't get preferred service from Hertz. I waited 45 min for shuttle. Got car with 70500 km On It. The Covers of gears were worn out. Im a coroporate customer of Hertz and are always happy with them as a Globetrotter! So Forget Firefly from Hertz. Book rather directly even if you pay Bit more.
The office is outside the airport but not far way (5min walking distance). There is always a lot of people waiting inside the small office. There are a couple of poufs for the customer to sit and wait. The staff is friendly and they explain everything. The service is a bit slow. We had no issues with the car we rented and it was in an excellent condition and we got it (very clean).
Very friendly service with good covid rules in place, no shuttle from the off airport site but one of team offered to drive me back to the terminal.
