Nous avons reserve une voiture au mois d'aout 2024 quand nous avons pris possession de la voiture nous avons fais le tour du vehicule et pris des photos de la carrosserie cependant nous avons oublie de regarder le pare brise et autre en arrivant a notre destination nous avons pu nous rendre compte que les pneus etaient completement lisses et la cle (ouverture de porte deconnait) sans plus cependant, quand nous avons rendu le vehicule il etait tres tot le matin alors nous avons gare la voiture comme on pouvait au bord de la route et mis la cle dans la boite au lettre comme convenu. Et en personne honnete que nous sommes nous avions lave la voiture et fais le plein puis nous avons pris l'avion en toute serenite cependant en arrivant a l'aeroport de Geneve nous avons ouvert nos mails et la, stupeur 5 messages de l'agence qui nous disait qu'on avait rendu le vehicule accidente et nous reclamait 480 euros comme nous ne parlions pas la langue nous sommes alles a l'agence de voyage qui avait fait la reservation alors tenez vous bien apparemment il y avait "um pico sur le pare-brise" a priori un impact sur le pare-brise dont nous n'avons aucune connaissance de plus ils nous ont envoyes une photo ou on ne voit rien en gros 1 semaine plus tard ils nous ont debite l'argent ne nous laissant aucun moyen de verifier la veracite de leurs dire je ne recommande pas cette agence

And being the honest person that we are, we washed the car and refueled it then we took the plane with complete peace of mind, however when we arrived at Geneva airport we opened our emails and there, astonishment, 5 messages from the agency who told us that we had returned the damaged vehicle and demanded 480 euros from us as we did not speak the language we went to the travel agency which had made the reservation so hold on apparently there was "um pico on the windshield" a priori an impact on the windshield of which we have no knowledge, moreover they sent us a photo where we see basically nothing 1 week later they debited us the money leaving us no way to verify the veracity of their words I do not recommend this agency

Como uma vovo de 70 anos, fui recebida de forma muito desagradavel e mal informada em sua agencia. Senti-me completamente enganada, pois nao compreendia todos os detalhes do contrato de locacao, e o vendedor foi rude e pouco prestativo. Assim que cheguei a agencia da Thrifty, fui recebida por um funcionario que parecia incomodado com minha presenca. Infelizmente, isso nao aconteceu, e fui deixada sozinha para lidar com um contrato injusto e incompreensivel. I am extremely disappointed by the deceptive and abusive practices of the car rental company I recently dealt with. Its really sad how some companies can take advantage of peoples vulnerabilities to extort money from them. From the start, I felt something strange when I reserved a car with this rental company. The prices seemed attractive, but once there, everything changed. I was greeted by a rude and disinterested employee who clearly seemed to want to take advantage of the situation. The first scam happened when I picked up the car. I was told I had to pay extra for services that were not mentioned when booking online. Of course, this would have been acceptable if they had informed me clearly in advance, but it seemed more like an underhanded tactic to increase their profits. Then, the car was in very poor condition, far from the quality standards I expected. It was dirty, full of scratches and had clearly been poorly maintained. I reported these issues, but the employee just shrugged and pretended it was normal. The real nightmare started when I returned the car. They inspected every inch of the car with obsessive attention and noted tiny scratches that were already there when I picked it up. They then claimed that I had to pay exorbitant fees for these damages, without any real proof of my responsibility. The worst part of all this is their arrogant and contemptuous attitude. They seemed to take great pleasure in playing on peoples distress and defrauding them. Their lack of professionalism and respect for their customers is simply unacceptable. I highly recommend anyone considering renting a car to avoid this dishonest rental company. They do not deserve our trust or our money. It is essential to support honest and ethical companies, as this is the only way to put an end to these abusive practices. Bien sur, cela aurait ete acceptable sils mavaient informe clairement a lavance, mais cela ressemblait davantage a une tactique sournoise pour augmenter leurs profits. Ensuite, la voiture etait en tres mauvais etat, bien loin des standards de qualite que jattendais. Elle etait sale, pleine de rayures et avait clairement ete mal entretenue. Jai signale ces problemes, mais lemploye a simplement hausse les epaules et a pretendu que cetait normal. Le veritable cauchemar a commence lorsque jai rendu la voiture. Ils ont inspecte chaque centimetre de la voiture avec une attention obsessionnelle et ont releve des egratignures minuscules qui etaient deja presentes lorsque je lai recuperee. Ils ont ensuite pretendu que je devais payer des frais exorbitants pour ces dommages, sans aucune preuve reelle de ma responsabilite. Le pire dans tout cela, cest leur attitude arrogante et meprisante. Ils semblaient prendre un malin plaisir a jouer sur la detresse des gens et a les escroquer. Leur manque de professionnalisme et de respect envers leurs clients est tout simplement inacceptable. Je recommande fortement a tous ceux qui envisagent de louer une voiture deviter ce loueur malhonnete. Ils ne meritent pas notre confiance ni notre argent. Il est essentiel de soutenir les entreprises honnetes et ethiques, car cest la seule facon de mettre fin a ces pratiques abusives. Malheureusement, je nai pas pu recuperer mon argent pour le moment, mais jespere que les autorites competentes pourront agir et faire en sorte que cette entreprise soit tenue responsable de ses actes.
