We rent Peugeot 308 for 12 days at the end of August 2024. The car was in perfect condition, and they offered quite nice price also. No issues with car or their services. I would recommend this car rent company in Porto also because of really convenient location, 5 minute walk from International airport. Personal is English speaking so no issues with explaining us everything. Thank you for the great service which help us to enjoy our vacation in Portugal.
Une honte !!! GROS ARNAQUEUR ! A Fuir Location en ligne. En arrivant pour recuperer le vehicule on vous dit que la caution n'est pas possible avec une carte etrangere (francaise) on vous OBLIGE a prendre une assurance a 400 euros . Et si vous ne voulez pas vous etes invites a partir. Sans voiture.... Assurance payee avec la carte francaise bien sur. Une belle arnaque........ degueulasse. Une honte. Je n'y retournerai plus jamais et si j'avais pu mettre zero etoiles je l'aurais fait. De plus l'accueil etait froid horrible irrespectueux La personne me parlait tres mal . A vomir. Encore une fois. A FUIR

You are FORCED to take out insurance at 400 euros. And if you don't want to, you're welcome to leave. Without a car.... Insurance paid with the French card of course. A great scam.....disgusting. A shame. I will never go back there again and if I could have given zero stars I would have done so. In addition, the welcome was cold, horrible, disrespectful The person spoke to me very badly. Tipica rent-a-car, porem destacou-se pela negativa ao colocar taxas diarias apenas por uso de via verde (2EUR), ou seja, custo das efetivas portagens pagas a parte deste valor. Demoram o maximo tempo possivel para devolver a caucao. Outras rent-car devolvem logo a parte da caucao referente ao deposito de combustivel. Ressalvo, que a minha situacao ocorreu devido a ser carro de substituicao por acidente. Apos isto, nunca penso reservar carro com esta companhia, ou alguns vez voltar a pedir carro de substituicao com os mesmos. Adicionalmente destaca-se a falta de simpatia da funcionaria no atendimento. Atendeu-me como se me estivesse a fazer um favor. Lamentavel.

Gostei da experiencia. A margarida foi muito gentil. Eu vi algumas queixas, e isso me assustou antes da locacao, porem, existe o rigor de cobranca em relacao a danos no carro, mas fui alertado sobre isso antes da retirada e sugerido registro de imagens naquele mesmo momento. Isso e normal em qualquer locadora. Eu entendo essa questao, ja que qualquer dano existente, existe o tempo que o carro fica parado para o reparo. Acredito que esse valor esteja embutido no valor que e cobrado quando infortunios acontecem. Minha experiencia foi excelente e agradeco aos gentis atendentes.
I liked the experience. Daisy was very kind. I saw some complaints, and this scared me before the rental, however, there is a strict charge in relation to damage to the car, but I was alerted about this before the pick-up and it was suggested to record images at that very moment. This is normal in any rental company. I understand this issue, since any damage exists, there is time for the car to be stopped for repair. I believe that this value is embedded in the amount charged when misfortunes happen. My experience was excellent and I am grateful to the kind staff.
A pior empresa de aluguer de automoveis que encontrei. Primeiro ponto 100 euros de caucao e so devolvem 15 dias depois 1750 euros de caucao para inventario do automovel no acto de entrega Automovel de substituicao do seguro e tenho eu que pagar isto tudo nao isto e mau de mais para ser verdade Funcionaria muito mal educada se fosse minha funcionaria era logo despedida por justa causa foi muito mal educada com a minha esposa comigo tenho a certeza que nao falava comigo assim podem ter a certeza. Comecava logo em primeiro lugar pelo livro de reclamacoes mas enfim fiquem la com o carro eu vou me arranjar por outros meios. Mas podem ter a certeza que isto um dia vai mudar. Saude para todos.
