Carfast in Moreira

A faultless experience is all I can say. Great service, a clean new car and at very reasonable price. The staff were very helpful and I'd definitely use Carfast again.

I had a great experience with this car rental company. Very nice communication, friendly staff, and a competing price (I made my booking via a broker). They even relaxed the fuel policy for us, which is not something that car rental companies often do. And, as seen in the photo, their airport shuttle is very cool :)

I had a horrible experience with this rent a car. They will tell you one thing and when you return the car they charge you 10x more. Unprofessional. Please do rent the fine print on their contracts.

This rent a car company is dishonest & rude. Coworkers do not work amongst eachother, client turns out loosing. My family used the TROFA location in 2021 & had a bad experience, but this year we decided to try the Porto location as they are so close to the airport, let me tell you, I'm in pure regret and disappointed. This company took advantage of us not once but twice. Be careful showing that you are not from here when you return the vehicle is when all the surprise fees show up.

There is nothing premium about this place ! I rented a car from here for the second time. The first time from the Trofa location of which I had a rude women charge me for damaged rims but miraculously didn't have pictures of the rims prior to my rental. This time I rented from the porto location hoping for a better experience of which I did not have. I rented a car & added insurance. With my luck I had a tire pop on the highway, we'll the rent a car left me on the side of the road for ) hours before calling their insurance & charged me $560 for 2 tires !!!! So what was the point of the insurance? They also did not call and consult me about this charge, they just went ahead and charged no warning or explination. I am not the kind to leave reviews as I am a business owner myself, however I am very disappointed with the robbery they did not once but twice. Please be careful with this rent a car company.

Zeer prettig autoverhuur bedrijf. Ze hebben voor ons op de eerste dag extra kinderstoeltjes geregeld toen bleek dat de kinderen te klein waren voor de bestelde kinderstoeltjes. Absoluut een aanrader! Wij zijn zeer tevreden!

J'ai recemment utilise les services de cette agence pour une reservation et je suis extremement satisfait. Des le debut, la personne en charge m'a informe de tous les details, en expliquant clairement le point de rencontre pour le ramassage en camionnette. L'agent avec lequel j'ai interagi a ete professionnel et aimable du debut a la fin. L'agence elle-meme etait d'une proprete impeccable, tout comme la voiture que j'ai louee. L'etat de la voiture etait irreprochable et elle etait recente, ce qui a grandement contribue a mon experience positive. Jusqu'a la fin de ma location, l'equipe a maintenu le meme niveau d'amabilite et de service client exemplaire. Dans l'ensemble, mon experience s'est deroulee sans aucun probleme, et je recommande vivement cette agence. Je prevois meme de relouer chez eux avec plaisir a l'avenir. Bravo pour un excellent service!
