Kontaktversuch uber das Formular auf der Website wurde dann ein noch hoherer Preis genannt als auf der Website angeboten (beinahe doppelter Preis). Auf Ruckfrage diesbezuglich kam keine Antwort
Prices that differ greatly from those stated on the website. No response to 2 emails, a higher price was quoted over the phone than on the website. Finally, on the third contact attempt via the form on the website, an even higher price was quoted than that offered on the website (almost double the price). There was no response to a query about this
WARNING! DANGER! WE HAVE TRIED 2 DIFFERENT SCOOTERS AND ON A DISTANCE OF 500M WE HAD ALMOST 3 ACCIDENTS. THE PROBLEM IS THE SCOOTERS SLIP WHEN USING THE BRAKES. I HAVE 20YRS EXPERIENCE RIDING SCOOTERS, SO I WAS ABLE TO CORRECT THE SCOOTER, BUT IF YOU HAVE NOT OR SIMPLY HAVE BAD LUCK YOU ARE ALMOST GUARANTEED TO FALL WHEN RIDING 50+KM/HR AND NEED TO BRAKE SUDDENLY. WE'VE COMPLAINED AND WE GOT OUR MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY MEANING THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THE ISSUES BUT APPARENTLY DO NOT CARE ENOUGH TO FIX THEM. OF ALL 100 OR SO SCOOTERS I RENTED IN MY LIFE I ONLY HAD TO RETURN THEM ONCE AND THAT WAS HERE. IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO RENT THEM OUT IN THIS STATE. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE, RENT A SCOOTER ELSEWHERE!
In the past we had good experience with this firm. However this year we were very disappointed. In May this year (2022) we booked via the site a Group B car for two weeks in June. We received conformation and price straight away stating: The rental price includes all - no hidden costs. On June 11 we went to the Alianthos in Plakias to pick up the car. The group B car was not available and we were offered a free "upgrade". This turned out to be a Yaris Diesel with 175000Km on the clock and indication on for service needed. The suspension was worn out and the car was difficult to start. When trying to pay the CC system was down and were asked to come later for payment. The contract was not the standard form provided bij other car hire firms. Two days later we went to the office to pay. The lady told us that we were driving UNINSURED as a mistake had been made. It had not been noticed that we were over 75 and an additional insurance of EUR18 per day had to be paid and own risk of EUR1500,00. This was not mentioned on the website or on delivery when the driving licence were shown. We did not accept the new conditions and the poor quality car and after long discussion we returned the car straight away and got a partial refund. The same day we hired a nice car via our holiday rep with much better conditions. We suggest you are very careful when you hire a car with Alianthos Rent a Car.

Ol, Kuhlwasser), die im Laufe der Fahrt als Warnleuchten angezeigt wurden. 3. Nach wiederholter tel. Meldung unsererseits Aufforderung zur Ruckgabe erhalten. Abgabe mit vollerem Tank als zuvor. 4. Keine finanzielle Kompensation, stattdessen Vertrostungen und Aussitzen.

We received a message requesting a return. Delivery with a fuller tank than before. 4. No financial compensation, instead putting off and sitting it out.
