Not only is this car rental agency conveniently located here in Nafplio but their prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the newish car that we rented. (Another car rental agency we looked at had cars available 51 miles away on an island. So be careful who you rent from!) It was a true bonus to receive extremely helpful information and advice from Maria and Alexandra, the two owners. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. Rent your car from Alma. You won't be sorry.

We always go to Alma's whenever we need a car. They are so helpful , professional and knowledgeable. If we have trouble with our car they can be relied upon to come to the rescue.

Terrible service, don't rent a car here. I had made a reservation for a car on the phone but when I got there to sign the contract, they told me that they had rented all their cars already despite of what we had agreed on the phone... After this review Alma car rental attacked me with a false claim that I would have been drunk. Read response to Alma car rental below. Edit, response to Alma Car Rental: Dear Alma car rental, As you well know since we just met, I wasn't drunk and neither were you. I called you in the morning agreeing with you that we would pick up a car tomorrow at around 10am the following day. You then confirmed that this is ok. After this, I told you that I would check with my girlfriend and let you know if we would like to pick up the car earlier than 10am. When we came by to see that the reservation is still ok, you had rented all your cars to other people. When we found out that you had dismissed our reservation, I was naturally angry but instead of e.g. shouting at you, I just calmly walked out of your store. When I now would like to let other google users know how you serve your customers, you attack me with a false claim, that I would have been drunk, which is outrageous and as unprofessional as possibly can be. You also claim that I would not have had a credit card for the car rental but you never actually even asked whether I have one or not. I actually have two. The fact that you attack me publicly in my review claiming that I would have been drunk, which I clearly wasn't (I hadn't had any alcoholic drinks), just proves how unprofessional and rude you are. I strongly recommend people not to support this kind of service and business and not to rent cars from Alma Car Rental.
