Got recommendation to use Colinas in Lisbon and was not disappointed, Andre Lima was excellent and could not do enough for us and kept in touch throughout our visit to help with any questions. He was so accommodating and flexible with car time of return. One small issue was when trying to book online I could not find how to avail of car delivery to our hotel once within 20k of Colinas depot but a phone call which got me through to Andre made experience worthwhile. I would definitely recommend Colinas car rental to my friends

We had the best experience with Colinas and more specifically Andre took great care of us. We rented an almost brand new car for a week, got a very good quote, when needed to extent our rental for another day they accommodated our needs straight away. Great communication, very flexible when it comes to picking up and returning the car. Honestly, the best interaction we could have. We will definitely choose them again when visiting Lisbon next time. Highly recommend.

Great renting company. They are new and offer almost new vehicles at great prices, less than what we saw at other companies, check their website for prices. Transparent process, how much you pay for the car, extra if you want to take or leave at the airport and via verde for the motorway. You need a credit card for the deposit and it is relatively high, from 900e, but if you don't have issues, this is returned immediately upon arrival. You can also reserve the car on the website and pay either 50% or full price, another plus compared with sending mails and getting declined at other companies...

EXCELLENT !! We are every year in Portugal and rent a car. This Year it was the first time with Colinas and it was the best Car rent company ever!! Never again an other Company than Colinas. Andre wrote us 2 - 3 days before our Flight to Lisbon to send him the drivers license to do the Paperthings so we didnt have to do it at the airport anymore. He picked us up at the arrival hall and took us to the car in the car park. He gave us some information about the car and we were ready to depart. We wanted to return the car earlier because we stayed in the city for another day and we didnt need a car in the city. So I wrote Andre no problem for him. We sent him the address from our hotel and he was there on time gave him the keys back and everything was perfect! Thank you Andre for this great cooperation. See you next year.

Bad company. They left me waiting at the airport for 1 hour to deliver the car. They delivered a car of a lower category than the one I had hired and in the end they charged more. When I discovered the concept of getting the car directly in the airport for a price much lower than the classic car rental companies, I was a bit doubtful and I was wrong as it was a perfect experience! - Reservation: very easy on the website. Conditions are crystal clear (compared to some low cost where you never know what is included or not). Very good choice of cars. - Price: I got a car almost twice cheaper than with the average rental companies. (August 2023) - Arrival at the airport: in contact with one of the company personnel by whatsapp, I shared all the necessary documents for the rental and he organised the meeting point. Easy to meet at the arrival, signature of the papers in about 10min, no queue and direct access to the car 2min away in the main parking of the airport. Incredibly smooth. - the car: as the company is quite recent, cars are in excellent conditions. Clean and nice! - the return: as easy as the arrival. Everything is done in 5min - the service: personnel was very kind and available through whatsapp. Very happy of my contact (Andre).
