Por duas vezes ja utilizamos os servicos da drivalia-odivelas e saimos muito satisfeitos. A Sra Susana e daqueles profissionais que nos fazem confiar na empresa que representa. Este ultimo aluguer espelha bem o quao necessario e ter pessoas competentes nos servicos. Tendo explicado que ia fazer varios km e ia alugar por um dia, a Sra Susana aconselhou o aluguer por dois, principalmente pelo descanso. Compensou muito ter seguido o conselho. Muito obrigado.
We have already used the services of drivalia-odivelas twice and left very satisfied. Susana is one of those professionals who makes us trust the company she represents. This latest rental clearly reflects how necessary it is to have competent people in the services. Having explained that she was going to do several km and was going to rent it for one day, Mrs Susana advised renting it for two, mainly for rest. It really paid off for following the advice. Thank you very much.
Para nunca mais voltar. Pessimo atendimento. Tinha que entregar a viatura ate as 13h. Cheguei as 12h45 e disseram que estava fechado e que so voltava a abrir as 14h30. Na altura que levantei a viatura nao me disseram que fechava para almoco. Quando fui entregar as12h45 disseram q estava fechado e que poderia entregar as 14h30 que nao haveria problema. As 14h15 estava la para entregar o carro. So me atenderam as 15h20 e cobraram-me mais um dia de aluguer do carro. Rent-a-car para nunca mais voltar de certeza
Never to return. Terrible service. I had to deliver the vehicle by 1pm. I arrived at 12:45 pm and they said it was closed and would only open again at 2:30 pm. When I picked up the vehicle, they didn't tell me it closed for lunch. When I went to deliver at 12:45 pm they said it was closed and that I could deliver at 2:30 pm and there would be no problem. At 2:15 pm I was there to deliver the car. They only answered me at 3:20 pm and charged me for another day of car rental. Rent-a-car and never return for sure
Antiga SADORENT, precos optimos para profissionais e bem melhores que as restantes marcas de renting, pelo menos para quem nao tem contrato de empresa. As colaboradoras sao simpaticas e atenciosas e nao nos tentam impingir servicos extra.
Former SADORENT, great prices for professionals and much better than other renting brands, at least for those who don't have a company contract. The employees are friendly and attentive and do not try to impose extra services on us.

Clearly one of those companies that still does not understand what the client expects. They do not bother to advise you that the vehicle you booked is not available, rather let you start your holiday with a disaster by only finding out on the day, that they do not stand by their commitments. Run, don't walk
