Die Bewertung richtet sich an die EUROPCAR zentrale Portugal. Seit uber 1 Woche fahre ich nun mit einem Auto, dass 2 x Luft verlierende Reifen hat. Seit 1 Woche warte ich nach schriftlicher Ruckmeldung an die Zentrale wann das Auto begutachtet wird da man es ,,mir nicht glaubt". Leider lasst man sich hier (absichtlich) viel Zeit oder es ist ein Management Problem wenn Kundenanfragen am Ende wohl langer dauern als eine Miete. Update: Es sind weitere Tage vergangen - EUROPCAR gibt keine Reaktion von sich!
The assessment is aimed at the EUROPCAR central Portugal. For over a week now I have been driving a car that has two tires that are losing air. I've been waiting for a week for a written response to the head office as to when the car will be inspected because they "don't believe me". Unfortunately, people are (intentionally) taking a lot of time here or it's a management problem if customer inquiries end up taking longer than a rental. Update: More days have passed - EUROPCAR has not given any reaction!
Very professional and friendly staff. The downside is that if you get there after the opening hours you will wait 1hour.

My first experience with Europcar and boy it was an absolute pleasure. A big thanks to Andre who was very professional , polite and helpful. He really spoke well and answered all queries without a fuss. He explained the whole process very clearly. The car he provided was also to my liking - SEAT IBIZA. I have rated the above all 5* as I really enjoyed and genuinely satisfied with the experience. Way to go Guys. Highly recommend.
