It's a shame that sometimes staff are enough to taint a brand. The service staff aren't helpful, extremely unfriendly and just plain rude. The lack of help is enough for me to say for sure I'll never want to own and vehicles from Peugeot. Really shameful.

My car is 20 years old and still running and never letting me down. I came for the annual revision and inspection. It took 3 weeks to get everything done because it's an old car, and parts are not as readily available. The service was definitely 5 star, with frequent updates and every item in the service list well justified with Video Check! Lovely service!! Adriana and Carolina are two of the most kind people, very patient and very attentive to all of my concerns. I recommend this branch and will come back next year for sure! Thank you Stellantis&You Paco de Arcos Team!!

I bought my Peugeot 2008 here and the service wasnt bad, now with the virtual assistant answering I cant speak to anyone at the workshop or reception, Im thinking about the next car change... with this service its almost impossible, the Peugeot 2008 2020 uses oil and gasoline so its not even mentioned
