Gostaria de enviar uma reclamacao sobre o servico muito baixo y improfissional da Drivalia. Nos tivemos imensas dificuldades na hora de fazer reserva: ninguem atendia as chamadas, depois deram informacao incompleta e fizeram tudo para complicar. Primeiro foi dito na hora de reserva telefonica que o deposito era 350EUR, mas quando chegamos a trabalhadora Isabel Monteiro disse que era 400EUR. Tambem ninguem avisou que era preciso o cartao de credito para poder usar via verde, mas durante o levantamento do carro a trabalhadora disse que impossivel usar o cartao de debito porque na sua empresa era assim. Fizeram tudo possivel para complicar a reserva, ate nem enviaram o link para pagamento e tive que ligar durante varios dias para tentar pagar o que acho totalmente inaceitavel. No geral mostraram zero vontade de ajudar e resolver os assuntos que eles mesmos criaram e continuavam so repetir que era tudo impossivel. A trabalhadora Isabel Monteiro foi muita mal educada e recusou entregar-me o livro de reclamacoes o que e ilegal e vou reportar o assunto. Vou enviar uma reclamacao oficial. Estamos totalmente descontentes com experiencia a nao repetir.
I would like to send a complaint about Drivalia's very poor and unprofessional service. We had immense difficulties when making a reservation: no one answered the calls, then they gave incomplete information and did everything to complicate things. First it was said when making the telephone reservation that the deposit was EUR350, but when we arrived, the worker Isabel Monteiro said it was EUR400. Nobody warned that a credit card was needed to be able to use a green card, but when collecting the car, the worker said that it was impossible to use a debit card because that's how it was at her company. They did everything possible to complicate the reservation, they didn't even send the payment link and I had to call for several days to try to pay, which I find completely unacceptable. In general, they showed zero desire to help and resolve issues that they themselves created and just continued to repeat that everything was impossible. The worker Isabel Monteiro was very rude and refused to give me the complaints book, which is illegal and I will report the matter. I will send an official complaint. We are totally unhappy with the experience that we will not repeat.
