NAO RECOMENDO!! JAMAIS!! Fomos clientes atraves da nossa seguradora. Tivemos direito a um carro durante 3 dias, viagem de casa e trabalho apenas. No dia de devolver o carro, foi nos dito que uma das jantes estava riscada, apontando-nos como culpados. No entanto, em nenhum momento a jante foi riscada por nos. Provavelmente ja se encontrava assim. No dia em que fomos buscar o carro e fizemos vistoria, o carro encontrava-se molhado o que tornaria os riscos das jantes menos visiveis. A vistoria tambem foi bastante rapida. Contrariamente a vistoria que foi feita na nossa vez de devolver o carro, que demorou bem mais tempo. Acusaram-nos de algo que nao fizemos, como se fosse uma verdade inquestionavel. Se ainda assim quiserem ser clientes desta empresa desonesta, certifiquem-se de nao irem perto da hora do fecho para que a vistoria nao seja feita a pressa. Certifiquem-se, tambem, que tiram fotos ao carro ainda no local.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! NEVER!! We were customers through our insurance company. We had the right to a car for 3 days, traveling home and work only. On the day we returned the car, we were told that one of the wheels was scratched, pointing us to blame. However, at no point was the rim scratched by us. It was probably already like this. On the day we picked up the car and inspected it, the car was wet, which would have made the scratches on the rims less visible. The inspection was also quite quick. Contrary to the inspection that was carried out when it was our turn to return the car, which took much longer. They accused us of something we didn't do, as if it were an unquestionable truth. If you still want to be a customer of this dishonest company, make sure you don't go close to closing time so that the inspection isn't carried out in a hurry. Also make sure to take photos of the car while it is still there.
!!! A FUIR !!!! Reservation possible sur internet, mail de confirmation recu. Arrive le jour J a l'agence et pas de voiture disponible.. . L'agence soutient que la location est validee une fois qu'un appel de confirmation vous est adresse... Aucune excuse de leur part, accueil non chaland.
!!! TO FLEE !!!! Reservation possible on the internet, confirmation email received. Arrived on the day at the agency and no car available... The agency maintains that the rental is validated once a confirmation call is sent to you... No apology from them, no welcoming reception.
El 11/Abr hice una reserva para el 14/Abr a las 9 am. Voy a retirar al horario colocado y no habia nadie. Una hora mas tarde, vuelvo a ir y me dijeron que no estaba la reserva hecha (tiendo la confirmacion por email). Me dicen que no tienen autos disponibles y la categoria que seleccione yo tampoco la tienen. La verdad que no se para que piden tantos datos si ni siquiera se contactan para confirmar la reserva o corroborar el pedido. Muy poco profesional. No los recomiendo.
On April 11 I made a reservation for April 14 at 9 am. I'm going to pick up at the scheduled time and there was no one. An hour later, I go again and they told me that the reservation was not made (I have the confirmation by email). They tell me they don't have cars available and they don't have the category I selected either. The truth is that I don't know why they ask for so much information if they don't even contact you to confirm the reservation or corroborate the order. Very unprofessional. I don't recommend them.
