Car return process is always excellent. Gabriel does a great job! Car pickup is often time consuming but if you do online check in before, process is much faster. Cars are always clean.

Don't get fooled. The 'refundable deposit' doesn't get refunded. It becomes a credit for future use. I guess I missed that minor detail noted on point #38. I wonder why they made that point #38 on the list. Hmmm?
Bad service, all employees, be careful to rent a car with them, check the car well before picking up, take a lot of photos, because on delivery they will find many things that you will be surprised prepare your pocket and their bad mood. Be careful!
Stay away from them. 250 euros charge for a very small scratch on the front bumper!!! No other car rentals have ever debit this!!! TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED
Careful with the trap! I booked a car through Carjet. When I arrived at the rental agency, they told me I couldn't use my visa debit card to block the insurance deductible... You must have a credit card. When I tried to call Carjet to change the booking to a rental agency that would accept debit cards, they told me it was too late to make any changes because the starting time of the reservation had already passed...which is obvious because you only realize you have a problem when you arrive at the agency and try to get the car, so it's already too late. So basically you are trapped. In order not to lose the money you already put into the initial booking you are forced to pay an additional 260EUR of insurance to cover the deductible. This was not clearly stated in the contract conditions when I booked (there's a poor sentence somewhere mentioning credit card but when you read through the text, you miss the fact that you cannot use a debit card)... So be careful and avoid these kind of places.
