Klass Wagen Porto in Perafita

We were not sure about using Klass Wagen, yet after reading the reviews with hesitation we did. Quick car pick up and drop off. Make sure you check the car over and take videos. We didn't have any problem yet the young man who checked us in was not very nice and made us question our decision to rent.

If you have a french credit card, just don't take this rental agency. Additional fees are added for french credit cards because they don't accept them either as much as debit card. Caution for the card couldn't be made, nevertheless, caution for highway toll could be... No further explanation of the agency about that. Highly do not recommend.

Klass Wagen at Porto Airport offers friendly and helpful staff, making the rental process smooth and straightforward. The pricing is competitive, but the cars, while functional, are a bit worn and could use some TLC. One downside is that the full insurance ended up costing more than the car rental itself, which was a surprise. When you arrive at Porto Airport and collect your bags, head to the second curb to catch the shuttle, as their location is offsite. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes, and the location is about 12 minutes away, so factor this into your schedule when returning the car--especially if you're in a rush, as you could risk missing your flight. Overall, a decent option if you're looking for budget-friendly rentals with good service, but be prepared for the extra insurance cost and offsite logistics.

Wonderful experience at Klass wager. Phoned the shuttle on arrival in Lisbon and picked up in 15 min. They have an efficient ticket system for check in. The man we dealt with was lovely and friendly. He explained we should book through them rather than booking.com as we ended up having to pay more for insurance which is good to know. We paid the full cover which was quite expensive and everything ended up being a lot more than we were expecting but I'm glad we had full cover. Car was lovely and clean. Drop off was super easy in Porto and we were dropped at the airport by the shuttle. I highly recommend this company and would book with them again.

Sorry, I have to change my review. it's been more than 2 months and i haven't received my refund for the tires i changed for the car, plus, it has been a hassle to converse with them on the email. As soon as i get my refund i will change my review. Opo-169612221574926

We arrived in a busy moment so we had to wait for about an hour. The manager was very friendly and the good service made up for it. The car was fantastic and very smooth to drive. The only thing we weren't happy with was the driver who took us from the Car dealership to the Airport. He shamed us for supposedly being less knowledgeable than him about the country we are currently living in. Only thing he missed was keeping his opinion to himself - something very important when it comes to costumer service and overall living in Portugal... Other than that the rest of the staff was great and as I said the car was great.

Klass Wagen (KW); or "Class Wagon" - as I prefer to call them - are a first class car rental company located about 5 - 10 minutes drive from the OPO Porto International Airport. We were picked up from the Airport - on time - by an excellent chauffeur, who helped with the loading of our pieces of luggage. We arrived at the KW Office - in Porto - and was attended to by Gabriela Yuri, who was very professional and explained the terms and conditions in fluent English. I got the vehicle that I reserved; a Skoda Scala, Valet cleaned. The vehicle had minor scratches, which I highlighted to Gabriela. As I opted for the No-Risk Cover Option with KW, Gabriela advised there is no need to worry as those scratches and any new damage will be covered. Peace on mind for me to know. I will use KW again. No hidden clauses\charges. Everything was clear as day. Bayo A

Sharing my disappointment with my recent car rental experience. Despite receiving a car with mechanical issues and in a dirty condition, the company only waived a small car wash fee (because they did not provide a clean car-lack of quality). But it didn't end there - hidden charges like a 30EUR early drop-off fee and a 20EUR car wash fee felt like a scam, especially when the rental contract specified different office hours. Even though it was within their stated hours, they still charged for an early drop-off. With over 100 rentals, this was hands down the worst. Adding to the frustration, the staff seemed poorly trained, offering conflicting information. And to top it off, the car had over 20 scratches and damages, making it difficult to identify each one. They charged for every scratch but failed to fix the car.
