Very satisfied with Autocunha car rental. We came into the Office, rented a car and in 15minutes we were leaving with rented Renault Captur which took us around whole Island in 6 days. Fast communication and good price with no additional cost. Highly recommend. Thank you for your service.
Very smooth and helpful. Everything was perfect and they were always one call away for any help we needed. They also provided shuttle service to and from the airport when we arrived and departed. Absolutely would recommend and will rent here again if we were to return!
I had a great experience with Autocunha. I booked them because the price was very reasonable. They picked me up at the airport in my rental car and we drove a short ways to their business to do the paperwork. About halfway through my 9 day rental, I had a light go on indicating low tire pressure. They came to me at a beach parking lot within 1 hour with a replacement vehicle. Return was easy. No problems and I would rent from them again.
Great experience. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. They pick you up at the airport in the car you'll be renting, which is very convenient not having to transfer your luggage twice! Much better rates than the big name companies at the airport lot.
Car was clean, pick-up on time. Easy contact. We had no issues with the car. Only one thing was ridiculous 25EUR for early return. I would not mind if it cost 15EUR but 25EUR is not acceptable.
Everything was great! Super nice staff, no hidden costs. Only blocked 150 euros of deposit as well. Best experience of renting in the Azores, and we used three different rental companies. Recommended!
We contacted AutoCunha to rent an automatic car 5 days in mid-August. To access to the parking you need to go through a small street right next to the company sign in the main street. The car was quite clean and tiddy when we got it despite some scratches left by previous tenants. We got to say that Eurico really helped a lot the whole time. Appreciate very much his patience to explain every detail and questions we had even if some were basic.
