I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Azores. It was the best car rental experience I've had so far. If you opt for their super insurance, you'll pay a bit more compared to other companies, but you won't have to worry about deposits, hidden fees, or employees scrutinizing every dent during the car return. Unlike other rentals, our car was in superb condition--clean, well-serviced, and it felt like we were the only ones with proper tread on the tires. They picked us up in the center of Ponta Delgada, took us to their office, and completed all the paperwork in just a few minutes. We were on our way in no time. A modern and professional service.

We had 15 days on Sao Miguel, where we pre-booked a small/medium car with Azores Easy Rent. It might actually have been the best rental experience of my life! Very competent & friendly staff.. Good experience. There are no additional fees or charges. Everything is included in the daily rate, which is quite reasonable. Just fill the gas when you are done. The bike was almost new and running perfectly. The employee I dealt with was very helpful and spoke excellent English. It was a memorable experience riding around the Island.

I rented the Aprilia Toureg for my time on the island and the bike was perfect for exploring even the most remote places. The rental with the Aprilia worked extremely quickly and smoothly. I would particularly like to mention the employee Leonor at the motorcycle rental! She was extremely friendly, helpful and was able to help me organize a rental car on the day of departure. Certainly the best rental company in the Azores I first rented a car for 4 days, I had a Toyota Yaris in great condition, ideal for traveling all over the island, even the steepest and damaged roads, the Yaris did not complain. You must take out the full guarantee at 20/day so there is no stress even if you get a bump in a parking lot. I then rented a motorbike for 3 days. I didnt like the first bike I rented at all (too basic and old) so they exchanged it for an Aprilia Tuareg 660, its the best!! Color screen, all electronic assistance (disconnectable), motorcycle in great condition, a treat. Full face helmet with sun visor provided, jacket 5/day, universal phone holder on request. I brought my motorcycle gloves, motorcycle jeans and good shoes.

Great rental company! I rented a car for 4 days at the end of May 2024. I booked and paid for it a month in advance, a Toyota Yaris or an equivalent, full insurance (SuperEasyPack 2023, no franchise or deposit). In fact, they gave us a VW Polo life in excellent condition, a full tank (minor scratches on the body do not count). The end of May is already the beginning of the high season, so I booked in advance. When booking, I was pleasantly surprised by the opportunity to indicate the presence of less than 1 year of experience; for this they charge a small additional payment. This company provides a great opportunity for novice drivers!!! Company employees promptly answer questions by email if necessary. The car was received and returned at the San Miguel airport, in parking lot #6, around 20:30. Upon receipt, I had to wait about 5 minutes for the car. The registration and inspection process took about 15 minutes. Upon delivery (at 15:00), there were no delays, the employee examined the car, listened to the engine, said ok and accepted the car. Before delivery, I stopped at a gas station near the airport and filled the tank full. Thank you AzoresEasyRent for the excellent service!!!

Overall, it was a good experience renting Scooters and a car with Azores Easy rent. For Scooters, In my opinion, I wouldnt personally recommend Vespa300cc, though its powerful but limited for city rides. Vespa seats were not comfortable + with a small wheel diameter. Instead, Medley 125CC, though less powerful , is a much better choice to manoeuvre comfortably with a bigger wheel diameter, though both scooters are from PIAGGIO. Recommendation: It will be great if there is a back seat rest for the pillon rider with an additional helmet holder. Also, appreciate if the interior of the helmets are cleaned and sanitised upon return to avoid skin allergy for the users. For car rental: I enjoyed driving VW golf, which was a really good choice to explore Azores considering the unpredictable weather. I highly recommend renting a car instead of a scooter if you are more than one. Exploring with Scooters or powerful bike is an alternative option only for a single rider. AzoresEasyRent team was flexible in helping me opt both Scooters and rental car. Their process is completely digital and efficient.

Pero lo peor es que al devolverlo, un dia de lluvia terrible, me cobraron 20 porque las alfombrillas estaban sucias. Como esperaban que entrasemos en el coche: levitando? I recommend this rental station. I had an Aprilia SR GT 125 for a week that was in very good condition. Important plus for me: In contrast to other rental stations there is no need for a credit card since the safety deposit can be deposited in cash. The employees speak perfectly english and you even get a free ride back to the place where youre staying. The only downside is that if youre under the age of 24, youll have to pay 4 extra per day.
