Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ponta Delgada

The team here was great. We had 2 cars booked, they were ready and clean and extremely flexible with us choosing what we wanted from their selection. One of our cars had an issue with the brakes and the other one needed wipers, we called them and they told us to swing by and swap them. Within 10 minutes we were in new cars and on our way. Amazing experience!

Im Vorfeld hatte ich einige Zweifel! Aber es stellte sich heraus das diese unbegrundet waren. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unkomplizierte Abholung sowie Ruckgabe des bestellten Pkw. Vom Ausgang bis zur Pkw Vermietung sind es nur 2 Gehminuten. Wir haben das Auto bei der Abholung und bei der Ruckgabe per Handy, innen und aussen gefilmt, um eventuelle Schaden zu dokumentieren. Den Pkw (Nissan Qashqai) hatten wir komplett versichert. Es war alles Top! Sehr empfehlenswert Kleiner Tipp, bei der Auswahl des Pkw auf eine hohere Bodenfreiheit achten.

We did not take a car (but will take for sure next time). We reserved a car from a different company (abbycar), they don't have any offices near the airport and require a shuttle. The shuttle did not wait for us because the flight got delayed. They provide a phone number but it is a line number which is unreachable via WhatsApp.. We spent some time figuring out what to do. We went inside the enterprise office where there were two young female workers which helped a lot but explaining what to do and even calling the "abbycar" service.

Horrible customer service, rude at drop off. Had us pay for a flat tire that was already damaged when we got the car. For the love of god please do not give these crooks your business.

DO NOT RENT A CAR THERE. I was charged 3 weeks after rental the amount of 142,45EUR without any explantations. This car rental agency acts as a thief. When I arrived at PDL airport I checked the car with an Enterprise Rent a car agent at the airport. I agreed with all the damages showed and made sure the contract was Ok. However, we never checked underneath the car. I had to return the car during out of office hours because my flight back home was early in the morning. I am sure I did not drive close or on something that would have damaged the car. The day of check out, I left the car key in the key box. In addition, I called the car rental agency at the airport and the agent said the car was well returned and no problem was found. I never received the final bill of the rental and 3 weeks after returning the car, I discover that my credit card is charged 142,45EUR for something I have not done. I called the agency to understand the problem and the only answer I received is a picture taken underneath a car (during out of office hours?!) ; probably not even the car I rented. DO NOT RENT A CAR THERE.

Good service and very helpful staff

Everything worked perfectly and smooth. The service was excellent. We even got our car 1 day earlier as booked for the same price. The car was clean and in very good condition. Shout out to Tiago (hope we didn't misspell it). He gave us a detailed instruction to the car and he also recommended some good restaurants.

Slow as hell. Need one hour per customer. Aweful service.
