Go Rent-a-car in Ponta Delgada

Rented with Go Rent-a-car for our trip in September after reading great reviews here and thry came recommended from a few Reddit posts. They did not disappoint! We got a brand new Peugoet and man was that a nice car! Very easy pick up and drop off and very friendly and helpful staff! The walk is a bit far from the terminal with luggage to their parking lot but didn't bother us. Will definitely be renting from them again next time we come!

It was hard to choose a car rent company, we went with this one mostly because of good reviews here and on some other websites. And now I can say it was a right decision. Check-in at the airport was fast - just installed a baby sit, but checkout was even faster - just returned the keys - that's absolutely it. I highly appreciate and respect such types of rentals - if I'm buying the full coverage why the hell we need to make a ton of photos of the car and mark every scratch (this relates to other rental companies). With this one you can avoid all this stupid things, just take a car, ride normally without any fears and return it back - that's it, this how it should work. Thanks for what you are doing!

My first ever car rental and it couldn't have been a smoother experience. Pick-up/drop off both around 3minutes. With the full insurance you don't even have to put a deposit. Picked up in the centre of Ponte Delgada, the service team was friendly. Almost brand new car, with 12k in it, clean and safe. Category as promised a beautiful automatic Skoda Fabia. Would 100percent recommend this place.

We rented a car at the Travessa do Posal location. It seems like many people rent at the airport but this location was great as it was only a couple minutes away from our hotel. Picking up the car and dropping off the car was very smooth and easy. The process took about 5minutes each time. The staff there are very informative and aren't going to screw you over. I would recommend renting from this place as they provide you with a worry-free experience.

I was looking for a great company to rent from this one is! You pick your car from P6, literally 5 minutes walk from the airport. Their full insurance option is a great choice and it doesn't drive the price to the sky. The car was delivered really clean, was pretty new and drove perfectly. Although the Hyundai i10 is a small car with automatic gearbox, it drove perfectly and had no issues on any road.

The automatic gearbox is a great choice for anyone travelling around the island. The guys are very very friendly. The administration is very simple if you take the additional insurance (damage coverered, 0EUR deposit). The value for money is the best on the island! I spent a lot of time finding a legit company and they really are. We had a small damage during our trip (our car was damaged while parked). We had a quick reply by WhatsApp after notifying and informing us not to worry about it. Really no scam and a trustworthy company to rent a car. I really strongly recommend it as we also experienced the damage part.
