Lovely staff. We got a different car than we ordered (we were told it was an upgrade) but we exchanged it without any issues when we weren't happy. I really recommend getting a small car, they are much easier to park and better for the narrow streets on the island.

Only rent if you don't mind waiting for a very long time at the Ponta Delegada airport to get your car. The lineups are huge and it seems like they are understaffed. Definitely not the most polite staff, but it's not surprising since they are probably overworked.

Mixed views on this palace really, only can give massive praise for the chap who we returned the car too as he was helpful, friendly and had good knowledge, other than that, our car was not ready for our pick up time, the decent chaps colleagues were not as useful, often chatting to their colleagues when dealing with customers. If it was not for the one guy, it would be 1 or 2 stars

Poor service. Car was meant to be ready at 8.30am got there at 9am and car was not brought till 9.45am then when it arrived was a car with over 85,000 km on it with at least 15 hits/dents all over for EUR115 per day.

Yes, you have to have a bit of patience, but everything is very friendly and conscientious! We paid around 52 for one day and had fully comprehensive insurance included. A debit of 200 was reserved on the credit card, but this was easily canceled when the car was returned. Everything is great! Always my pleasure !

Staff very unfriendly. We got a broken car, the gentleman said we shouldnt act like that, we ended up getting a bigger car than we booked and what could be broken, the vehicle is new. He dismissed our safety concerns by saying that his private car also makes noise when he steers. Impossible. At the end of the conversation he said he couldnt help us anyway because he was alone. The branch could have been closed if there were not enough employees.

We had a bad experience with this agency. The car we rented was always immaculate until the moment we went to deliver it and we walked away from the car, someone scratched it on the bumper above in an area where no car could hit, we realized that we had been victims of fraud, but we had to pay bumper repair. Its a shame because we have very little desire to return to the island, they keep tourists away, they put an end to our own business. After a request (via response on Maps) from the company sending the complaint by email, the company never responded to our email. O carro que alugamos esteve sempre impecavel ate ao momento em que o fomos entregar e nos afastamos do carro, alguem o riscou no para-choques em cima numa zona onde nenhum carro poderia bater, percebemos que tinhamos sido vitimas de fraude, mas tivemos que pagar a reparacao do para-choques. Fomos informados posteriormente que e pratica comum destas companhias. E pena porque ficamos com muito pouca vontade de voltar a ilha, afastam os turistas, acabam com o proprio negocio. Apos solicitacao ( via resposta no Maps)por parte da empresa de envio da reclamacao por email, a empresa nunca nos respondeu ao email. Esta resposta no Google Maps so serve para enganar futuros clientes criando a ilusao que tentaram resolver o problema. Apos contacto da companhia pelo Maps, enviei a reclamacao pelo e-mail e nunca recebi resposta.

The delivered car was unworthy of rental and absolutely unworthy of the high rental price. Other cars were offered locally at much lower prices. The brakes were worn (still braked) and the metal sound of the brake caliper could be heard very clearly. The left exterior mirror returned to a different position every time the car was locked and opened. Sometimes even so that you had to artificially move the mirror to be able to use the mirror. Since it took more than 1 hour before I received the car, I decided to keep this car because I only used it for two days. However, I paid 276 euros for these two days and that was not worth this car and this organization. During the holiday I also used another car via Avis and this organization can still learn a lot from that.

De geleverde auto was verhuur onwaardig en absoluut de hoge huurprijs onwaardig. Lokaal werden er andere auto s aangeboden tegen veel lagere prijsstelling. De geleverde auto was een oude auto met bijna 100.000km op de teller. Naast de ontelbare krassen en kleine deukjes rammelde de auto bij iedere drempel, start en acceleratie. De remmen waren versleten (remde nog wel) heel duidelijk was het metaalgeluid van de remklauw te horen. De linker buitenspiegel ging na iedere keer dat de auto was afgesloten en geopend werd in een andere positie terug. Soms zelfs zo dat je de spiegel kunstmatig moest verzetten om gebruik te kunnen maken van de spiegel. Daar het ruim 1 uur duurde voordat ik de auto afgeleverd kreeg heb ik besloten om deze auto te behouden omdat ik er toch maar twee dagen gebruik van maakte. Echter voor deze twee dagen 276 euro betaald en dat was deze auto en deze organisatie niet waard. Tijdens de vakantie ook gebruik gemaakt van een andere auto via Avis en daar kan deze organisatie nog heel veel van leren.

The car itself was a Nissan Micra and was in good condition. Both the loan and the return took place without any problems. Damage was documented from the start and also checked upon handover.
