Would highly recommend! Easy, fast and affordable! They helped us with a last minute rental when many other rental companies had no cars. They offered to drop the car at our location and we were able to leave the car at the airport for a small extra fee. Very smooth, no wait, no hidden fees, and friendly customer service. I made a reservation 3 months before arrival via whats app, they offered me possibilities of insurance, I just chose and booked, before arrival i contact them to be sure If my reservation is valid, everything was OK. After my arrival (earlier) they contacted me first that If I want they can come earlier as dealed time. Sandra made a photos and send me to whats app. I payed with the card for a rent and 20EUR cleaning fee in cash. price for 7 full days was including evertyhing 613EUR in 06/2023. car was clean and full tank and only 40k km. No deposit needed, I recommend if you visit Sao miguel :) Car was Kia Rio manual gear in good condition

I had an amazing experiene with them. I rented a car for 4 days. They came to airport and pucked me up. Then there was an accident with the car. They came bring me a new car very fast and they didnt harge me for what was not my fault. I totally recommend this agency

First of all Sandra was helpful when we had problem with the car. But the other think is that she has obviously forgotten that we arranged car return at the airport. Her colleague asked us about fine (which we didn't get) and to pay for one more day (although it was already paid and we have agreed to return car on specific day and time). We have rent cars many times but the cleaning fee is paid only if there is really mess inside rubbish or when there is something split - which was not. Of corse the car wasnt 100% clean but there wasnt any rubbish inside, it was just in a normal state after 10 days of using. So the cleaning cant be 30EUR

We paid 60EUR/day with basic insurance (you pay any damage) for a good-enough Skoda Fabia (38.000km) end-August 2021 (high season) I understand the price, but still expensive. I would not recommend a weaker car (class B minimum) as there are a lot of uphill roads on the island and even with 2 people onboard it was just enough powerful. Friendly service and fair staff. Would go again with this rental agency I strongly recommend to book in advance for the summer period.

Very good company, trustworthy and very helpful. They have answered immediately whenever we had a question, they didn't ask money in advance, they even helped us with our luggage to keep them until we checked in to out hotel ,because they were too many to fit in the car. And no extra costs when we returned the car, as many car rental companies do. I totally recommend them!

I had positive experience with this company. First of all if you want to rent a car definitely do it in advance. This was the first company that answered to our email less than 72h before arriving to Ponta Delgada and they are the only one that had (last) available C category car, unlike other companies which were fully booked. We didn't have to pay deposit in advance, you have unlimited kilometers and there is no limit for driver's age. We got all information very celar and detailed via email and this is also the way how we confirmed our reservation. You just have to send all personal details for confirmation of your reservation. After that we got the location where we should meet. When we got there the feeling was quite sketchy because it says on Google that their office is in the building in front of which we were supposed to meet, but at the end there was no office and it is still quite strange, ngl. We called phone number on google but no one picked up. After I sent email with my number I recieved a call and we managed to find the meeting point. We were transparently shown every bump and scratch on car at the beginning before paying and deciding which insurance we will take. We took basic insurance and it was the right decision but for other options and details it is the best if you contact the company via email. The price per day for C category car was 45EUR/day. You can pay by card at the spot. You could feel that car was used a lot, accelerating quite slowly, but it served us quite nicely and there is no point in visiting the island without a car. We were very grateful that we got it and managed to visit all places we wanted to. Person that we meet at the spot and gave us contract to sign was very friendly and patient but it is easier to come to terms and understand companies conditions in conversation with person who is answering to emails and phone calls. We returned car to agreed meeting point and there was no problem at all. I recommend this rent-a-car company!

We found this rental service by accident in google maps and we couldn't be happier! The car was nice, the price was fair and the owners are very friendly and helpful with anything you might need during your stay in Sao Miguel. Always available and nice. We were able to pick up the car in the city and return it at the airport, which was perfect. We totally recommend! We won't look for any other rental company if we come back to the island and you shouldn't either.
