Micauto rent-a-car in Ponta Delgada

Looking forward to renting with this company! First time to Azores and first time using Micauto. My arrival is Dec 10th and I definitely will need am automatic. I trust all will go smoothly! Can't wait to see you.

Service was great. The car was a little beat up but honestly, it's ideal considering the roads and the driving. The interior was very clean. Their service was great and the price was competitive. I would use them again!

Everything perfect, super fast both at the arrival and as we left the car. Valdo at the check-in and Raul at the check-out were both extremely friendly and nice. Transfer to/from the airport is also fast and well organized. Definitely recommend renting with them (also much cheaper than their competitors).

The worst experience ever with car rentals - a car with 90K km, smelly, broken window and generally in poor condition. The car rental worker advised they also have cars with 240K km. Unbelievable. Never again with one of these anonymous companies.

Very professional and kind service. I dealt with Bruna and she responded to my emails quickly. It was easy to book my rental. Pick up & drop off was easy as they offer airport shuttle. Bruna went above and beyond and helped us with transportation during our stay in Sao Miguel. 10/10 recommend.

Booking was ok. But they had problems with sending out emails during the hand over - they said we are the Problem (Thats not customer centricic at all) The car differs from the one we booked. To Long and to low for the Streets of Sao Miguel. The AC was defect. Car wasnt clean. Motor Control Light was on all the time. Tank wasnt Full, as we booked it. They wanted to charge us 25EUR for a 1 Hour Delay in bringing the car back - unfair and not correct. Overall it was ok, but I wouldn't Book again

My husband and I were very lucky to have found this office. We rented a car in September, right in the office in Ponta Delgada. The conditions were the best of those offered by the offices around. The process of registration and receipt of the car took no more than 10 minutes. We paid for the car and insurance, in the amount of 40 EUR per day (no credit card or deposit was taken). The wonderful Fiat Panda drove us for five days around the island of Sao Miguel, fuel consumption for the entire period is less than a full tank. We left a car "at the airport", since a service costs the same as a taxi to the airport from the city center. Brought car to the warehouse close to the airport, before filling a full tank (according to the rules). There we moved to a minivan and in 5-7 minutes we were already at the airport. Fast and convenient (but you need to understand that there may be a queue and therefore come at least a little in advance) Thank you Micauto rent-a-car for helping to my husband to make my dreams come truewith very good price and quality of service and for possibility to see the north and south, west, east and center of the island Sao Miguel. That was more than amazing
