We rented a car for a week at the beggining of June and everything was perfect. Victor and his wife are super friendly, polite and nice people. Victor took us from the airport and rented us Volkswagen Polo. We did not need to leave credit card deposit. The communication was very good and fast, we recommend this rental company.

We rented a car back in October. Everything was great. The person, responsible, was super friendly, always in touch. The communication was very easy. The cars (Volkswagen polo) were in great condition, easy to drive. No deposit needed. If we're ever back to this beautiful island, we will definitely book a car from them again. The best car rental company on the island. Victor and his wife are truly amazing people. I booked the car 3 months in advance and they met me at the airport (I appreciated this punctuality), gave a very nice car at a good price (with no hidden fees). Victor was in touch all my trip and I was so impressed about it. Big companies often ignore you when help is needed asap. I'm so happy with the service and 100% recommend it to everyone. Hassle free, nice and polite, no trouble at all. while some companies try to find the smallest excuse to keep the deposit when you bring back the car, they barely checked the car after we gave it back. They offered the baby seat for free while some rental companies bill it as much as 15EUR per day. The cars were in great condition, clean, recent models. Only positive to tell about them. Would recommend without a doubt!

It was a good experience until delivery. We initially received a 2017 Volkswagen Polo whose front window opening buttons blocked 24 hours after we received the car we were unable to close the windows and the windows were always open. We called Mr. Victor who changed our car after an hour. The second car we received was newer and the window buttons never blocked. When it was time to deliver the car, Mr. Victor asked us for 43 for arranging two window opening buttons, claiming that we had broken it. I recommend other people test all the buttons in the car before renting with this company. Sympathy is deceiving

Foi uma boa experiencia ate a hora da entrega. Inicialmente recebemos um Volkswagen Polo de 2017 cujos botoes de abertura dos vidros da frente bloquearam 24 horas depois de recebermos o carro nao conseguiamos fechar os vidros e as janelas estavam sempre abertas. Ligamos ao Sr. Victor que nos trocou o carro passado uma hora. O segundo carro que recebemos ja era mais recente e os botoes dos vidros nunca bloquearam. Na hora de entregar o carro, o Sr. Victor pediu-nos 43 pelo arranjo de dois botoes de abertura dos vidros, alegando que nos o tinhamos partido. Recomendo as outras pessoas a testaram todos os botoes do carro antes de alugarem com esta empresa. A simpatia engana

We were going to give it 5 stars, until the moment of delivery, when we were charged money to fix something that was already damaged in the car that was initially delivered to us. In less than 24 hours the car appeared to have problems opening and closing the windows, one of the windows blocked (fully open) in the middle of a trip, which was very annoying. They came to deliver us another newer car and it didnt give us any problems. However, in the end we were charged for fixing the initial car.

Iamos dar 5 estrelas, ate ao momento da entrega, em que nos foi cobrado dinheiro para o arranjo de algo que ja vinha estragado no carro que nos foi entregue inicialmente. Em menos de 24 horas o carro aparentou ter problemas a abrir e fechar os vidros, um dos vidros bloqueou (totalmente aberto) a meio de uma viagem, o que foi muito chato. Vieram entregar-nos outro carro mais recente e que nao deu problemas. No entanto, no final cobraram-nos o arranjo do carro inicial.

This is a local family company with 21 rental cars. They are honest, helpful and easy to deal with. Also their standard insurance only leaves the renter liable for 500, unlike most others, or you can purchase more coverage. If you read the reviews, many other companies stick it to the renter when they return the car, or even weeks later! Price was fair if a small amount higher than the cheapest companies, but without the potential to get screwed. I highly recommend this outfit!

What a great experience! Victors communication before we arrived was very clear and he was waiting for us in arrivals to take us to the car. Him and his wife were really friendly, gave us ideas for our trip and made a lovely first impression of the island while we did get pick-up. The car was great throughout and the drop-off at the end of our stay was also easy. Very happy to recommend such a lovely local family business.
