RF Rent-a-Car, Lda in Ponta Delgada

Very professional experience

This was a sham rent a car experience. Car had multiple warning lights on, was dirty, and a LONG walk to get. STAY AWAY!

Good service, available fast in case of problems, rather cheap compared to the other car rental companies !

- They delivered a car with multiple damages (in the front bumper, rearview mirrors, wheel rims) - Even paying the full insurance (22EUR per day), when we returned the car the guy claimed that a wheel rim had an additional scratch ... of around 1cm long ... The rim had already like 10 scratches, but according to the guy, one of these scratches was white while the others were grey; so the white one was up to us ?!?!?!. Also at that moment, he informed us that the wheels were not included on the insurance! We showed him a video of the same rim when we picked up the car, where a white scratch was already there, but he insisted to make us pay. Very disgusting situation. I would totally recommend NOT to rent a car with that company.

Su oficina en Isla de las Flores esta ubicada cerca del aeropuerto y son muy accesibles, amables y atentos. Nos recomendaron muy bien la forma en la que movernos por esa bonita isla. Sin duda, muy recomendable.
