Decent price and no credit card needed. All defects were noted when receiving the car so given there were no new scratches when returning it, the process was seamless. We requested the pickup and drop-off to take place at the airport for an extra fee as a convenient places for us so we can get as much as possible from our stay in Portugal. Had unlimited mileage so we explored most of the country's ocean shores, mountains and cities. Would use again, i can recommend with confidence

Nao recomendo esta stand para ninguem. Tive a sensacao que foi uma otima escolha quando recomendaram a companhia, cuidado com as aparencias! Esta companhia fica com o deposito do cliente em caso de acidente, ou em caso de uma marca minima no carro, mas atencao, independentemente de quem seja o responsavel eles arranjam maneira de justificar e ficarem com o valor de 150 euros. Sao apenas 150, mas e a forma desonesta e facil de ganhar dinheiro. Resumindo para eles e bom haver um pequeno incidente para nao devolverem a caucao. Assim, ja se justifica porque nao pedem cartao de credito ou porque "facilitam" tanto o cliente. Eu tive o cuidado de levar a declaracao amigavel para a stand e o funcionario que atendeu alegou que a culpa nao tinha sido minha e que o valor da caucao seria devolvido depois da avaliacao de um perito, e ainda adicionou que como nao foi um sinistro grave (seria uma pequena pintura) que o valor nao seria mais do que 70 euros. Entao porque nao devolveram o resto do valor ao cliente? Nao houve nenhum contacto ou justificacao da parte da stand para reportar como estava o processo. O que percebi e que pelo individuo viver no estrangeiro (alguns casos) e ser um valor "simbolico", alguns clientes acabam por nao reclamar este valor e assim a stand tambem nao se preocupar em dar qualquer justificacao ao cliente sobre o retorno da caucao. Incompetencia e falta de compromisso. Liguei imensas vezes para a stand, pedia sempre para falar cm o responsavel e ninguem disponibilizou a ajudar, quando pedi o numero do contrato para enviar uma reclamacao por escrito, apareceu o responsavel a dizer que eu tinha sido responsabilizada por um acidente que desde sempre a outra pessoa ja tinha assumido a culpa. Falta de clareza e desonestidade. Em caso de acidente, eu sugiro que chamem a policia, assim ficara tudo dentro da legalidade e poderao reclamar o vosso dinheiro se nao forem a pessoa responsavel pelo acidente.

I was careful to take the friendly statement to the stand and the employee who answered it claimed that it was not my fault and that the deposit amount would be returned after an expert's assessment, and also added that as it was not a serious accident (it would be a small painting) that the value would not be more than 70 euros. So why didn't they return the rest of the amount to the customer? There was no contact or justification from the stand to report how the process was going. What I noticed is that because the individual lives abroad (in some cases) and it is a "symbolic" value, some customers end up not claiming this value and therefore the stand also does not worry about giving any justification to the customer about the return of the deposit. Incompetence and lack of commitment. I called the stand many times, I always asked to speak to the person in charge and no one was available to help, when I asked for the contract number to send a written complaint, the person in charge appeared saying that I had been held responsible for an accident that I had always been responsible for. Someone else had already taken the blame. Lack of clarity and dishonesty. In case of an accident, I suggest you call the police, this way everything will be legal and you will be able to claim your money if you are not the person responsible for the accident.
