The overall three star review is not reflective of our experience at all. Very prompt friendly professional hire experience. Any marks on car clearly identified in advance. We filmed the whole car. Just in case. Return clear and easy. We took out our own CDW policy from the uk for PS18 for the week just to be safe. Car meticulously inspected on return. Would use again no problem. Vandaag de auto ingeleverd. We hadden een upgrade gekregen in de vorm van een automaat ipv een schakelauto. Bij het inleveren van de auto bleek dat ik mijn creditcard en vaarbewijs had laten liggen. Ze hebben me 4x gebeld terwijl ik in het zwembad lag. Ze waren ongerust dat ik al in het vliegtuig zat. Toen we contact hadden, hebben ze iemand gestuurd om de documenten te brengen. Hele eerlijke sevice!! Ik was blij en daarom 5 sterren!!
Returned the car today. We had received an upgrade in the form of an automatic instead of a manual car. When I returned the car, it turned out that I had left my credit card and boating license behind. They called me 4 times while I was in the pool. They were concerned that I was already on the plane. When we contacted them, they sent someone to bring the documents. Very honest service!! I was happy and that's why I gave it 5 stars!!
Reservamos a traves de Expedia, debido a un error en en los documentos (carnet digital) no pudimos sacar obtener el coche que ya habiamos pagado. Ademas de ello no nos dieron ninguna otra alternativa, ni cambiar el nombre de la reserva para mi companera ya que los tres documentos tenian que ser de la misma persona (cosa que no pasa en otras empresas de aluguer de carros). Tengo la certeza de que otras empresas te habrian dado soluciones o un apano para poder llevarte el coche que YA ESTABA PAGADO. Al llegar las maneras del dependiente eran horribles lo que hizo que comenzaramos ya con mal pie. Recomiendo que busquen otra empresa de arrendamiento de carros mas resolutiva y con "terminos y condiciones" menos abusivos.
We booked through Expedia, due to an error in the documents (digital license) we were unable to obtain the car that we had already paid for. In addition to this, they did not give us any other alternative, nor did they give us to change the name of the reservation for my partner since the three documents had to be from the same person (something that does not happen in other car rental companies). I am certain that other companies would have given you solutions or a fix to be able to take away the car that WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. When we arrived, the clerk's manners were horrible, which made us get off to a bad start. I recommend that you look for another car rental company that is more decisive and has less abusive "terms and conditions."
