Worst customer service, I chased them to over a month to get delayed to no response. When a response arrived, they couldn't indicate how many miles the car (used leasing) had, history of the car, nor an estimation of arrival. Found better deals elsewhere...
Tratamento vergonhoso de assistencia em viagem. 4h a espera de um taxi apos avaria da viatura. Com informacoes contraditorias constantes apesar dos alertas a cada telefonema de estarem criancas com 4 e 6 anos dentro do carro avariado na autoestrada. Falta de profissionalismo e sensibilidade. 2h a espera de um reboque ate consigo aceitar... 4h a espera de um taxi? Ha justificacao para a tal pra alem de maus profissionais e falta de sensibilidade.
Disgraceful roadside assistance treatment. 4 hours waiting for a taxi after the vehicle broke down. With constant contradictory information despite alerts with each phone call that children aged 4 and 6 were inside the damaged car on the highway. Lack of professionalism and sensitivity. 2 hours waiting for a tow I can even accept... 4 hours waiting for a taxi? There is justification for this beyond bad professionals and lack of sensitivity.
Pessiam assistencia em viagem, a minha viatura basicamente ficou esquecida na base de reboques durante 4 dias. Nao recomendo..com base na experiencia que tenho tido ao longo de anos com a locarent. A empresa tem a mesma politica, o Cliente e que suporta tudo, principalmente a incompetencia dos que la trabalham e das politicas que praticam
They asked for assistance on the road, my vehicle was basically forgotten on the trailer base for 4 days. I don't recommend it.. based on the experience I have had over the years with locarent. The company has the same policy, the Customer bears everything, especially the incompetence of those who work there and the policies they practice
AVOID AT ALL COSTS Disgraceful customer service. I have sent multiple requests via email to the Account Representative and Customer Support emails, in addition to calling their phone number to which the issue stemming from July 13th has yet to even be address.
Received the following reply last year, still waiting for their answer--PRACTICALLY ONE YEAR LATER!!!!!!!!!!! Still no payment. "Dear customer, Thank you for your contact dated 14.06.2023. Please be advised that we will carefully review your complaint and respond as soon as possible. For any further clarification, you may contact us at 800 20 42 98. With best regards, Quality Department" Your complaint is being analyzed and we will send you our answer as soon as possible. Still no payment!!!!! All information sent--STILL waiting for a reply. Anyone in the office?? You have my email ad and telephone number-waiting for a message. Sooooo bad, they finally answered asking for the all the information that I have already sent!!!!! Today is the 18-03-2024 and I am still waiting to receive my payment. We need help, our car is in a garage and we need to know if they can go ahead with fixing it. Spoke to Victor and Jose who were nice but could not give us any information. This is not human .Amazing, their office is now closed and still no reply from customer services. Somebody asking me to send another email by facebook---for what??? Send an answer to my email address or call me, you have my telephone number. Hoping to get an answer tomorrow morning. Crazy situation!!!! Finally a reply by email!!!! Of course cannot help us even though the garages they suggest are booked out. Leaseplan cannot tell us if the ad blue tank would be covered by the warranty. Our car is in a garage which was on their list last December, no suggestion to lend us a car. Why should they ????? Asked to call another number, Sophie tried to help but she let me know that that was not her department--wonder why I was asked to call???????? May never get our car running again. Contacted Citroen but they told us that Leaseplan should help us. So far after 4 days, I have received lots of emails---all telling me the same thing----WE CANNOT HELP!----still waiting for them to lend us a car. 5th day---Trying to get them to give us a car for a few days as ours is sitting in a garage. Talked to Miguel and Ines who fully understood the craziness of our situation---- the garages they mention are booked--cannot tell us if the problem with the add blue tank will be paid if we move the car to these garages. By moving the car we would end up paying 2 garages meaning a hefty bill and a big possibility that Leaseplan would refuse to settle the bill. Once again we will be without a car next week---they can not lend us one!!!! 6th Day---No manager has stepped in to help us---perhaps they are on holiday or couldn`t care less. One week later, car still sitting in garage, Leaseplan making no effort to help. We have just paid a hefty bill to get the adblue tank changed, our car is on the road again, now hoping Leaseplan will take care of the bill as they are supposed to. Sent to them.
Horrible customer service. Long wait times with email and short and rude explanations from Goncalo. I ended up using Swipcar because they have better service and was friendly to work with.
Promising delivery the car in 2 weeks, after 5 weeks still confusing about delivery time, sb says delivery on 28 June I am waiting, then they sent email delivery on 5 July, then they again sent email put a time for delivery in excel file attached, and not answering to calls.
