Ainda nao recebi a viatura e ja estou cansada desta empresa, infelizmente tudo tem sido pessimo. Desde os prazos de entrega errados (ja la vao 5 meses da data que me disseram para a entrega, quando realizei o contrato em dezembro), ao envio de lista de extras dos quais nao existem quase todos os que escolhia, ao dia de entrega efetiva que voltou a ser alterado e se quiser a viatura, para alem de nao ser no dia acordado, tera de ser 3 dias depois e tenho de ir buscar (e que apesar de dizerem que gostam de entregar as viaturas, aparentemente e cobrado valores absurdos pelo que li em alguns comentarios). Arrependimento e pouco. Infelizmente terminei um contrato com uma locadora que NUNCA me falhou. Espero mesmo que a comunicacao melhore, se nao vou apresentar queixa no portal da queixa.
I haven't received the vehicle yet and I'm already tired of this company, unfortunately everything has been terrible. From the wrong delivery times (it's already been 5 months from the date I was told for delivery, when I signed the contract in December), to sending a list of extras of which there aren't almost all the ones I chose, to the day of actual delivery which has been changed again and if I want the vehicle, in addition to not being on the agreed day, it will have to be 3 days later and I have to pick it up (and although they say they like to deliver the vehicles, apparently they are charged absurd amounts by the which I read in some comments). Regret is little. Unfortunately, I ended a contract with a rental company that NEVER failed me. I really hope that communication improves, otherwise I will file a complaint on the complaint portal.
Pessimo servico a todos os niveis! nao recomendo a ninguem! Falta de consideracao pelo cliente, cobraram carros de substituicao quando o carro tinha uma avaria que me era alheio (responsabilidade entre oficina e locarent!). Ainda cobraram Kms de entrega do carro para transporte final (ja apos termino de contrato)! Simplesmente pessimo!
Terrible service at all levels! I don't recommend it to anyone! Lack of consideration for the customer, they charged for replacement cars when the car had a fault that was beyond my control (responsibility between the workshop and the renter!). They even charged km for delivery of the car for final transportation (after the contract ended)! Simply terrible!
uma empresa que nao cumpre os contratos, e deixa os clientes sem carro apesar de continuarem a exigir o pagamento do mesmo, uma empresa fraudulenta e de ma fe, nunca mais. deveriam ser banidos do mercado pelas praticas verdadeiramente obscenas que executam, como por exemplo cobrarem por um cinto de seguranca cerca de 1900 euros + iva!!!! vergonhoso demais.... mau demais.
a company that does not comply with contracts, and leaves customers without a car despite continuing to demand payment for it, a fraudulent and bad faith company, never again. Dantesca experiencia. Valores que sao cobrados na entrega do carro sao surreais. Valores completamente descabidos. Mesmo depois de ter entregue a viatura a uma empresa especializada em tirar os riscos antes da entrega da viatura estes senhores conseguem ir buscar detalhes e aplicar valores que deveriam os envergonhar. Ja para nao falar em valores que cobram durante a vigencia do contrato totalmente disparatados. Identificacao do condutor para uma multa aplicam valores acima dos 50 euros, imposto de circulacao cobram meses Qd a viatura ja nao esta ao servico. Mas realmente o pior e a entrega da viatura no final do contrato onde estes senhores conseguem destruir qq relacionamento. Entretanto depois de comentaram que a insatisfacao dos clientes e mt importante para a empresa e a pedir para entrar em contacto somos uma vez mais testemunhas das mentiras e descaso. PESSIMA EMPRESA
Dantesque experience. The amounts charged upon delivery of the car are surreal. Completely unreasonable values. Even after having handed over the vehicle to a company specialized in removing risks before handing over the vehicle, these gentlemen manage to look for details and apply values that should embarrass them. Not to mention the completely absurd amounts they charge during the term of the contract. Driver identification for a fine applies amounts above 50 euros, road tax is charged months when the vehicle is no longer in service. But really the worst is the delivery of the vehicle at the end of the contract where these gentlemen manage to destroy any relationship. However, after commenting that customer dissatisfaction is very important for the company and asking to get in touch, we are once again witness to the lies and neglect. TERRIBLE COMPANY
STAY AWAY! Don't recommend! Very incompetent, first got my car half a year later, but the car was dark inside instead of white! Always terrible at making appointments for any type of service!

(2020)Falta de transparencia no momento da devolucao da viatura quanto ao criterio da avaliacao dos danos, falta de isencao no inspector escolhido. Esta e uma atividade q deveria ser regulada, pois o consumidor esta completamente desprotegido. Nao conheco as outras empresas de renting, mas definitivamente a forma como esta montada este processo, levanta suspeitas negocios paralelos.. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (2024) A Assitencia da locarent e no minimo pessima, o procedimento para assistencia em viagem, se for ao Domingo, o carro fica na base dos reboques, o que e aceitavel, o que nao e aceitavel e que passados 4 dias o carro tenha sido deixado la esquecido. entretanto paga-se carro de substituicao,. Conselho: e mesmo de evitar esta empresa e suas associadas, continua a nao haver fiscalizacao na forma como os contratos sao cumpridos, estao os clientes sempre sujeitos ao humor de quem atende o telefone.
