Do not trust this agency! We booked a car 3 months in advance, received an email in portuguese with a reservation number, but on the due date, as we arrived at Porto Santo airport we first had to wait quite a while as there was nobody at the agency desk and then were told that our reservation was still awaiting their approval, 3 months later...! ... And that they had no car !!! Not an apology, not a suggestion to help us out, nothing. We were stranded on our only day in Porto Santo... Thanks to Rodavante Rent a car. RUN AWAY from this agency as we had to walk away from the airport !

uneffectiveness of the internet page to book cars and lack of professionalism of the employee at porto santo. we used the web page to book a class b car today. At no time did we receive an acknowledgment of our booking. When we called the next day, the employee said she had a booking at another time, but that she ll pick us up at vila baleira at 10. She never showed up. When we called back, she said she thought it was a mistake as she finally did not receive any booking from us! And if course, no class b available anymore, we d have to pay extra for a class c. We did not want to have anything further to deal with them.Thanks for wasting our time! They should definitively invest in a booking web page that is working: either confirm the booking, either specify there has been a bug/mistake and that the booking did not work.

Dont take it. The car without taking photos and filming the exterior and interior. And the inspectors friendliness wasnt there either, he saw us with a baby in our arms and it seems like he did it on purpose to take longer. In the end, what saved us were the photos.

Na hora de entregar, tentam cobrar danos ja existentes sorte termos fotos e alegaram que o deposito nao estava bem cheio e eu mostrei a foto do dia em Que peguei o carro e tinha 600km de autonomia no dia en que entreguei tinha 680. Nao leve. O carro sem tirar fotos e filmar exterior e interior. E a simpatia do fiscalizador tambem nao e nenhuma que nos viu com um bebe de colo e parece que ainda fez de proposito para demorar mais tempo. No fim o que nos safou foram as fotos.

Unfortunately scammed by this company. We rented for 3 days but they made us pay for 4 days. No solution offered. We asked for the Complaint Book. We rented a higher class car, but received a poorly maintained lower class car. The tank was supposed to be 1/2 full, but was actually only 2/8 full.
