A Sra. Maria Alexandra Marinho (Guerin), tornou a experiencia de aluguel junto a essa companhia algo a nao se repetir. Pessimo atendimento, falta de cortesia, e ainda insinuou que eu estava a mentir, dado que ela desconhecia as informacoes que eu havia confirmado com o funcionario com quem fiz reserva, e com o funcionario com quem fiz a recolha da carrinha. Tive que permanecer a espera das 08h as 09h ate que alguem da equipe de funcionarios aparecesse para esclarecer o ocorrido. Para a Salvador Caetano de certo e uma excelente funcionaria, nao a toa ocupa a gerencia do seu posto, entretanto, como a Salvador Caetano ainda nao planta dinheiro em arvores, pelo menos o meu nao levam mais. Segunda experiencia ruim com uma empresa do grupo, primeiro com a Kinto Share, e agora com a Guerin.
Mrs. Maria Alexandra Marinho (Guerin), made the rental experience with this company something not to be repeated. Terrible service, lack of courtesy, and even insinuated that I was lying, given that she was unaware of the information that I had confirmed with the employee with whom I made the reservation, and with the employee with whom I collected the van. I had to wait from 8am to 9am until someone from the staff showed up to clarify what had happened. For Salvador Caetano, she is certainly an excellent employee, it is no surprise that she is the manager of her position, however, as Salvador Caetano still does not plant money on trees, at least they no longer take mine. Second bad experience with a group company, first with Kinto Share, and now with Guerin.
Car was too small. Even though the car we got was the "same class" it had 34% less luggage space than the one advertised that we booked.

Quando fui levantar o carro fui muito bem atendido, precisei de prelongar o aluguer e atraves do e-mail nao podiam ser mais arrogantes e despreziveis
When I went to pick up the car I was very well attended to, I needed to extend the rental and through email they couldn't be more arrogant and despicable
I have returned the car a few hours late and I was charged for extra day (which would be OK) but the fee for extra day was four times higher than the daily rate during rental period. They did not answer to the complaint for two weeks now. Not again. Guerin Porto airport.
