De longe o melhor Rent-a-car de Lisboa. O servico e incrivel. Ja alugo carros com a TBV ha bastantes anos e surpreendem-me sempre pela positiva. Super eficientes na burocracia, super flexiveis nos horarios, tanto de recolha como de entrega. Os precos sao super acessiveis. My husband and I enjoyed working with Susana to secure a rental car for our very first trip in Portugal last week. Susana made renting a car such an easy experience. We visited Portugal for just a few days and got a good deal on a rental for an automatic. She was quick to respond to messages on WhatsApp and very accommodating with pick up and drop off of the car. The car we rented had a Via Verde pass, which made driving through Portugal's tolls a breeze, and she just charged us our tolls when we dropped the car off. We will definitely be renting from her when we come back and visit!

Susana is the ultimate professional...quick to respond to my requests, via WhatsApp, or email, and the signing process is painless, short...unlike so many other rental companies. Always ready to help my own clients, even those under the age of 25....another perk, I say...They all wrote back saying they were thrilled that Susana speaks fluent English, and indeed offers some of the best rates around. i rent the car for my trip to Portugal.for 9 days i pay a very good price because they have September offer so i got discount .after returning the car i get my deposit back just in few hours.the lady was very helping and car was new and clean.highly recommend this company and hopefully use this company in future.

This is all reviews bought from friends and bots. I rented a car in July, I returned it without damage, they still havent paid the deposit, its NOVEMBER. 300 stolen. First it was a problem with the green lane, then the bank was on vacation in August, then there was another problem with the bank that they cant explain to me, even after asking several times. They say the bank has already sent it but they cant send proof of the transfer of anything. I already know whats going on, the money will arrive this month, the money should already be with you, etc., Ive heard everything but 0 money, 0 explanation. Only thieves.
