Completely positive experience. I was picked up from the airport very quickly on arrival, the vehicle I rented was high quality, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'll use them again.

We booked a rental car for 10 days and everything worked out great. We had a shuttle service to the airport. Easy process, kind staff, great car! We'll book again.

Terrible customer service! I called to ask for the car reservation on the very same day (5h from the call). Person told they have very low availability, but advised to use Discovercars booking service and then they aprove or decline. I underlined I need to know ASAp because I need a car for today, but she assured the process takes minutes. I called one hour after and was told they receive my request in minutes, but can not tell me how long it will take to get the final response. Basically she lied to me and left me without a guarantee that I will have a car at the desired time.

Very friendly, great service, great car! Would absolutely recommend they're very professional, no hidden fees. And to top it off we got a free ride from their place to the airport with their shuttle. Best car rental company I've ever used!

Wir haben uber sunnycars bei dem Anbieter fur 14 Tage einen Wagen in Portugal gebucht. Zustellung und Abholung in Lissabon und das auch noch an zwei verschiedenen Orten. Beides hat super und auch punktlich geklappt. Bei der Ruckgabe hatten wir vergessen den Wagen zu tanken. Kein Problem. Der Fahrer fuhr mit uns zur nachsten Tankstelle. Prima Abwicklung
