Very easy to rent/straight forward, good prices, convenient to airport and cars in nice condition. Great experience!

Had a 3 day rental with Cael, and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service and the car for the price paid. I was a bit skeptical having had various experiences renting cars across Europe with other providers but Cael was definitely one of the better ones. Rang them from the airport and they picked me up within 10 minutes. Car had quite a few miles on it but was kept in exceptionally good condition. Would happily rent from them again next time in Lisbon.

I strongly recommend not to choose this rental company. I got my car and everything was fine, returned and everything seemed fine, I was told that there are no damages and the deposit on my credit card will be unblocked. However, it's been two weeks since then, I still have the funds blocked on my card and I can't contact the rental, I tried calling every number available.

Would recommend this car hire company. Reasonable prices, good check in, got the car we were expecting and drop off was good too. No queues and all very efficient. Would use them again if returning to Portugal.
