We hebben onze auto via Sunny Cars vanuit Nederland geboekt, waar Epi een partner van is. We zijn goed ontvangen op het vliegveld en naar onze auto dichtbij geleid. We kregen een nette auto waar we een hele fijne vakantie mee hebben gehad. Bij het inleveren werden we weer fijn ontvangen. Service en contact verliep goed en vriendelijk.
We booked our car through Sunny Cars from the Netherlands, of which Epi is a partner. We were well received at the airport and guided to our car nearby. We got a nice car with which we had a very nice holiday. When we returned we were warmly welcomed again. Service and contact were good and friendly.

So geht Service. Besser geht es nicht. Trotz 3 stundiger Flugverspatung konnten wir mit einer kleinen Gebuhr den Wagen entgegennehmen und das, obwohl Epi eigentlich schon Ladenschluss hatte. Danke nochmal an Daniel. Alles andere war ebenso unkompliziert. Keine Angebote von Extraversicherungen. Gebucht hatten wir uber SunnyCars. Das Auto haben wir direkt im Parkhaus des Flughafens abgeholt. Jederzeit wieder.
That's how service works. It doesn't get any better. Despite a 3-hour flight delay, we were able to pick up the car for a small fee, even though Epi had actually already closed. Thanks again to Daniel. Everything else was just as straightforward. No offers of additional insurance. We booked through SunnyCars. We picked up the car directly from the airport parking garage. Any time.
Onze huurauto werd via Sunny Cars geboekt en door Epi Rent a Car verzorgd op vliegveld Lissabon. Bij aankomst in de vertrekhal stond de auto vlakbij op parkeerplaats P2 geparkeerd. Kregen contactgegevens om altijd vragen te kunnen stellen. Werd ook uitgelegd dat auto allrisk verzekerd was en geen ingewikkelde vragen om nog voor van alles bij te verzekeren. Heel prettig. Ook het inleveren van de auto ging ook weer eenvoudig. Vriendelijk contact met medewerkers.
Our rental car was booked through Sunny Cars and arranged by Epi Rent a Car at Lisbon airport. Upon arrival at the departure hall, the car was parked nearby in parking lot P2. Received contact details so you can always ask questions. It was also explained that the car was fully insured and there were no complicated questions to insure for everything. Very pleasant. Returning the car was also easy. Friendly contact with employees.
