Guerin in Prior Velho

We recently traveled from the United States to Portugal and had an outstanding experience with Tatiana and her team at Guerin Car Rental at Lisbon Airport. We had made our reservation through the app but encountered a language barrier and issues with our booking not showing up. Despite these challenges, Tatiana and her team were incredibly patient, professional, and worked tirelessly to help us get into a rental car. Not only did they go above and beyond by matching the online price we were originally quoted, but they also made our experience extra special by joking around and wishing my husband a happy birthday! Their friendliness and attention to detail made all the difference. Thank you, Tatiana and the team, for making our car rental experience smooth, fun, and stress-free. The best car rental company I had dealt with globally. Staff is amazing. I visited the area coming from Saudi Arabia and the car was amazing and also the rate . I strongly recommend

June 28th - Faro Upon arrival, I verified the requested vehicle was a Toyota Corolla Hybrid, which was confirmed by the staff member who greeted us. As I was signing the documents, my husband noticed 'Ford Puma' was the allocated vehicle and questioned this. To which, we were then informed this was a similar vehicle. Our luggage would not fit in a Puma, hence selecting the Corolla (Also my company vehicle in the UK). They couldn't promise but came back with a Corolla key fob and said we were lucky that day. As we proceeded towards the car, we walked past 12 Corollas, parked in the area to be collected for hire. My mistake came next. After videoing damage on the vehicle, I noticed the fuel tank was not full and didn't take a photo of the dash. Returning the vehicle: We had refuelled 35 minutes before and had planned to top up at the airport. We arrived at the terminal to hand over the car. I noticed the tank was slightly off full and pointed out to the person inspecting the vehicle, who told us there was a fuel station across the way. Time was getting on and we'd been stuck in traffic, so I asked the cost which we would be charged if it wasn't topped up. 30 Euros was the reply. So we agreed and left. I later checked my banking app and I had been charged PS47.25 (56.03 Euros) A further amount has since appeared, which we are assuming is toll related.

Still trying to charge random amounts for a rental in DECEMBER 2023. My bank have had to replace my card as they keep trying to take money at 2/3am. Use a credit card or a Monzo account when paying to protect yourself! This company WILL try to scam you! I have had no response from Guerin since reporting this... but they keep doing it!

We rented a car at Guerin at Lisbon Portugal Airport ( Enterprise ) We were extremely happy with our rental. I was a little nervous about the $1000 extra charge for the deposit because that was not discussed with us prior to us renting. The car was clean & they did go over all small prior damage ( scratches) with me.We have always used Enterprise & would recommend Guerin to anyone . Thank you for making our trip safe & easy! After getting scammed 55 euros of a taxi from the Airport to here (about a 10 minute ride) The lady told me my car wasn't available (Because the guy took me to the wrong Guerin)... I was sad but didn't panic, few minutes later she tells me to wait and few minutes later, she gives me a new car... Couldn't have been more thankful.

Hired a car for a 4 day trip in portual. Guerin/Enterprise were perfect right from the check-in process to the checkout. Everything was simple via the self-checkin. Car was perfect and no issues, vehicle had carplay so that was a bonus. All in all would use them again.

Ultimate wating time! Never experienced such a long waiting time for a pre-booked rental car. The situation at this airport was organized completely wrong. Employees were chatting with each other instead of making fast progress. No chance to talk to somebody about the matter. Im sorry for this, but poor service!!!
