Just another example of Portuguese racism and complete absence of customer care. Moreover, dear unpolite and superb boss that with arrogance yelled at me "E uma pre autorizacao!!!!": Sir, it's completely illegal to pre-authorize a total amount, and then CHARGING AGAIN THE VALUE OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT UNLOCKING THE PRE-AUTHORIZED AMOUN. I am now with 350 euros of pre-authorized amount, and 240 charged. I won't be able to use my bank account until the pre-authorized amount is unlocked. You guys are working for a barely illegal business. And you, Mr. Boss, speak with politeness, don't you dare teasing a foreign surname, and take a shower. You are unable to do your job, and you company is not following the required compliances.
Worst customer service ever. They closed their door on our faces because they were closing, but they let other people in. Moreover, their attitude was super rude. Not recommeded at all.
Very smooth and fast process, affordable prices compared to a few places nearby. The only place that had an automatic transmission car available without booking
Terrible company has ruined our holiday. We reserved 2 child car seats for our grandchildren. Had confirmation and various contacts with them between making booking and collecting car. When we turned up THEY HAD NO CAR SEATS! The guy In The office was so embarrassed. WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO WITH THE KIDS?? Tie them to the roof rack??? TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY. I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT BUT NOBODY CARES. I will be taking this further.
Quite cheap and uncomplicated car rental service. Downside was that the car was not equipped with a viaverde box, which makes the highway usage uncomfortable. I also had to wait roughly 1 hour to return the car. It would have been easier to know that in advance. So if you need to catch a flight after returning the car you should keep that in mind.
Be careful. An employee charged me 250 euros for a practically invisible scratch on a car with 2 years of use and 60,000 km driven.
We waited ages for our car, but did get an upgrade. I am still waiting for my deposit return. Their insurance is a very expensive and unnecessary. Beat to stick with the insurance you get if booking through another vendor.
I rent cars lot of times, so Im really sad, and disapointed. I can't imagine how works this company. I called them yesterday and they told me everything is fine, tomorrow I need to go in, the car is booked for me. This morning they told me to go away, "You lie to us, it is impossible that you spoke with my collage, you lie..." They are really jerk, I surprised, yesterday the lady was nice, and this guys... I can't imagine that they can do this. If possible, (I recommend) rent a car elsewhere, even if the payment is double, it is better than it, and worth it.
