We rented a car for three days entirely through WhatsApp, was incredibly easy to do, no extensive forms or wait times, just sent to info over and the car was there the very next day at our hotel. Far quicker and easier then other companies we have used. They then came and picked it up from our hotel, would absolutely use them again.
Punkt wypozyczalni znajduje sie w sklepiku. Wszystko przebieglo bardzo sprawnie. Ceny sa w porzadku. Nie potrzeba zadnej karty debetowej/kredytowej. Platnosc w calosci przy przekazaniu samochodu. Sprawdzilismy na stronie internetowej jaki samochod nas interesuje wiec przyszlismy po konkretny pojazd, ale Pan mial u siebie liste dostepnych aut. Samochod podstawiony pod hotel i tak tez odebrany. Samochod byl ok. Brakowalo w nim jedynie uchwytu na telefon, ktory obecnie powinien byc standardem w samochodzie. Daje 4 gwiazdki bo nie jestem pewien czy samochod byl zatankowany zgodnie z umowa w 4/8. Po przejechaniu zaledwie kilku kilometrow wskaznik pokazywal juz 3/8. Jak jezdzilismy to srednio na takiej kresce (1/8) przejezdzalismy 80km, a tu po kilku kilometrach ona spadla. Fakt ten tez potwierdza wskazanie komputera z zasiegiem samochodu. Jak odbieralem i byl niby zatankowany w 4/8 to pokazywalo 160km, a jak oddawalem zatankowany do 4/8 to bylo go 230km. Powyzsza sytuacja pozostawia u mnie niesmak. Poza tym wszystko ok.
The rental point is located in the shop. Everything went very smoothly. Prices are ok. No debit/credit card needed. Payment in full when handing over the car. We checked on the website what kind of car we were interested in, so we came for a specific vehicle, but the gentleman had a list of available cars. The car was dropped off at the hotel and picked up that way. The car was ok. The only thing missing was a phone holder, which should be standard in a car nowadays. I give it 4 stars because I'm not sure if the car was filled with 4/8 fuel as agreed. After driving just a few kilometers, the indicator already showed 3/8. When we were riding, we covered an average of 80 km at such a line (1/8), and after a few kilometers it fell. This fact is also confirmed by the computer display within the car's range. When I picked it up and it was supposedly 4/8 full, it showed 160 km, and when I returned it with 4/8 full, it was 230 km. The above situation leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Apart from that everything's ok.
We rent a car for 3 days (FIAT Panda). Service was perfect. (Comunitacion via email.) Man from Las Rosas was waiting to us at hotel lobby. Here we solved all administrative things and got a key. Last day we returnt car key at hotel reception. Car was parked nearby hotel. No deposit or credit cart. I definitely recommend.
Wypozyczylismy samochod na 3 doby. Jestesmy bardzo zadowoleni. Wypozyczenie auta bylo bez problemowe i od reki. Pani z obslugi bardzo mila. Wypozyczenie samochodu bez kaucji i karty. Ceny przystepne. Polecamy

Maly niepozorny sklepik i w srodku pani z lista samochodow... Weszlismy, wybralismy ze zdjecia jaki samochod chcemy, po 10 minutach przyjechal nim pan i zabral nas do biura oddalonego o 10 min jazdy. Gdy dojechalismy zapytal, czy samochod nam pasuje. W srodku podpisalismy umowe, zaplacilismy za wypozyczenie (bez blokowania kaucji na karcie!). Nastepnego dnia zostawilismy samochod przed hotelem, klucz w recepcji i pracownik wypozyczalni odebral go sam! :-D bardzo komfortowe ;-) mielismy Citroena C4 Cactus. Nowy, fajny samochod, troche zamulony pd gorke, jak w kazdej wypozyczalni, pewno maly silnik.
A small, inconspicuous shop and a lady inside with a list of cars... We entered, chose the car we wanted to take photos of, and after 10 minutes a man arrived in it and took us to the office, a 10-minute drive away. When we arrived, he asked if the car was suitable for us. Inside, we signed the contract and paid for the rental (without blocking the deposit on the card!). The next day we left the car in front of the hotel, the key at the reception and the rental employee picked it up himself! :-D very comfortable ;-) we had a Citroen C4 Cactus. New, nice car, a bit muddy going uphill, like in every rental company, probably a small engine.
