Scam! We rented a campervan from this man and he stolen our deposit of 500 euros saying he has to repair a scratches on the campervan door, that we haven't done! We took some photos of before and after and the scratches was there already. He gave us an old, rusty and broken campervan ! As you can see the internal of the camper was in RIDICOLOUS CONDITIONS ! Rusty and dirty and we paid more than 600 euros for 5 days rented plus he stolen our deposit !!! Although everything, we paid a VIP insurance on top to avoid extra charges. Don't trust this man! Dodgy, unprofessional and lier !

I would not recommend at all this company they are really unprofessional and they steal or deposit. The campervan was in deplorable condition, making it unfit for its intended purpose. I have incontrovertible evidence, including photographs and videos, documenting the substandard state of the vehicle upon its delivery. The vehicle's condition clearly indicated a lack of proper maintenance and servicing, which is a blatant breach of the rental agreement. Furthermore, the deposit was not merely blocked, as is standard practice, but was illegally charged. This act is an unlawful taking of funds. I also received an invoice for EUR466, ostensibly for surface scratches we did not cause. This invoice was an attempt to use my deposit to cover pre-existing damage to the vehicle, which is fraudulent and unacceptable. This entire situation has caused significant distress, adversely affecting my mental health and completely ruining my holiday. The so-called VIP insurance, which I purchased in good faith, has proven to be a complete fraud, failing to provide the promised coverage and protection. In light of these serious breaches, we took legal actions and I hope justice will punish them for this unacceptable behaviour.

Can I repeat this trip again ????

Couldn't recommend these guys more. Had a camper for just over 1 weeks and it was the best time ever! Very reasonable prices and what you pay for is worth it. Carlos is a super nice guy which just makes the whole process way easier. Don't look any further when planning your trip

We rented a campervan from this company and would NOT recommend. There was a VERY high level of disorganization from start to finish, including that I never received any confirmation paperwork/contract, even though I asked for it. I still have also never received any paperwork outlining why they did not return our full deposit. They claimed to have to charge us a substantial amount for cleaning even though we left it pretty clean. We ordered several things for use inside as we are from Canada - don't bother because the amount and quality of some of these items were so poor that we had to go out and buy our own anyway (e.g., no plates even though we were promised full dish set). The worst thing was trying to manage payment and refunds with them. They kept saying they couldn't send it for one reason or another. It took weeks of back and forth for them to finally refund (most of) our deposit.

Excellent rental. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to travel in Portugal in a motorhome. The best price I found in Lisbon. Thanks again to my friend Carlos, the rental manager ! Petr :-)

I will definitely repeat this experience again. Antonio and his team were very helpful and professional. The efficiency of Antonio in giving me all the information and answers to my emails were vital for us to choose Campervan. We rented a 5 sleeper for 3 people which was awesome, plenty of room and space. The van was very economical and drove very well. From all providers and competitors that we got quotes from, Campervan was by far the best and the fastest in providing the information needed. The only turn down was the washing of van before delivering, which should be inclusive, but I guess that is why they have the best price range on the market.

We would highly recommend this website. Antonio was extremely helpful from beginning to end. We had a fantastic holiday in Portugal and loved the campervan. We rented the Comfort Eco van and it had everything we needed. It was great to be picked up from the airport and dropped back again. We were also very pleased with the rental price and the fuel efficiency of the van. We are already talking about when we will go back and will defiantly be renting from Antonio again!
