I reserved a rental car with Europcar Vilamoura through my travel agency. The rental period was from June 26th, 2024 to July 2nd, 2024. When I picked up the car, I noticed Adelinhos good English, we were able to communicate well and the pick-up went smoothly. The vehicle was in 5 star condition and reliably accompanied our vacation in Portugal for over 600 km. For those unfamiliar with the area, I recommend a Portugal Internet hotspot and GMaps, so we got everywhere we wanted to go. Since Adelinho was in a customer meeting when the vehicle was handed over, the vehicle was accepted by his friendly colleague. That too was problem-free. I can fully recommend Europcar Vilamoura and will rent a car there again when on holiday in Portugal. Adelinho and colleague, greetings from Germany, keep it up! :-D

Uber mein Reiseburo habe ich bei Europcar Vilamoura einen Mietwagen reserviert. Der Mietzeitraum war vom 26.6.2024 bis zum 2.7.2024. Bei Abholung des PKW ist mir Adelinho positiv mit seinem guten Englisch aufgefallen, wir konnten uns gut verstandigen und das abholen hat problemlos geklappt. Das Fahrzeug war in 5 Sterne zustand und hat unseren Urlaub in Portugal uber 600 km zuverlassig begleitet. Ich empfehle fur ortsunkundige einen Hotspot von Portugal Internet sowie GMaps, damit sind wir uberall hingekommen wo wir hin wollten. Da Adelinho bei Abgabe des Fahrzeugs in einem Kundengesprach war wurde das Fahrzeug von seiner freundlichen Kollegin angenommen. Auch das war problemfrei. Ich kann Europcar Vilamoura uneingeschrankt weiterempfehlen und werde bei einem Portugal Urlaub wieder dort einen PKW mieten. Adelinho und Kollegin, grusse aus Deutschland, weiter so! :-D

Supreme incompetence. Scheduled at 11:30 am but car was not available. They ordered us to have a coffee and wait for a message. At 12:30 pm, when the message hadnt arrived, I went back and they were closing for lunch. At 12:50 my car was brought by another employee who left the syrup at the scene and left. I will only be able to pick up the car at 2:30 pm when the store reopens. That is, I was supposed to receive the car since 11:30 am and Ive been standing in the sun waiting for the store to reopen at 2:30 pm. To make matters worse, the employee came back around 1:35 pm and said: Didnt you see our lunch break? Now only at 2:30 pm. It turns out that neither the message nor the car had arrived when I returned. I dont recommend it. Terrible service.

Incompetencia suprema. Agendam as 11h30 porem carro nao estava disponivel. Mandaram tomar um cafe e aguardar mensagem. As 12h30 como mensagem nao havia chegado voltei e estavam a fechar para almoco. As 12h50 meu carro foi trazido por outro funcionario que deixou o xarro no local e saiu. So vou poder pegar o carro as 14h30 quando a loja reabrir. Isto e, desde as 11h30 que deveria receber o carro e estou parado ao sol a esperar a loja reabrir as 14h30. Para piorar, o funcionario voltou por volta das 13h35 e disse: nao viu nosso horario de almoco? Agora somente as 14h30. Ocorre que nem a mensagem chegou nem o carro havia chegado quando retornei. Nao recomendo. Servico terrivel.
