Best car hire company we have ever used!!! Quick easy and no hidden charges.

I got a car in faro. Booked a seat Ibiza or similar and they upgraded me to a Peugeot 2008. Was very happy with the service. Probably best company I've seen everywhere as they are cheap. They don't take no security deposit but credit card is needed. The lady when collecting explains everything you need to know if you're confused ask and always check the terms and conditions and instruction. As I done this everything went smooth. Also they are flexible with the timing of taking and bringing back the vehicle. You just have to let them know. And Of course if you want to bring back early they will tell you there is a charge. But I will definitely be using rentauto again. Also the car they give you will be nearly new. Highly recommend.

We booked a Seat Arona online and we were given a brand new model of this vehicle. We also had no issues during the rental. Months after the rental I received a PS12 charge on my credit card which I emailed about for clarification. The company replied saying this was toll charges and apologised for the delay in the charge which was fine so good customer service. The only issue we had was when we returned the vehicle. We were running late (10 minutes) we were obviously very apologetic however the woman we met was very frustrated at us, this experience with her loses a star for us. Traffic near airports happen and we were sorry but this didn't matter.

Superb car hire in Faro, easy pickup and drop off at the Airport. Always a simple, drama free, friendly and pleasent service! Can't recommend enough. Having used car hire companies across the world, Rent Auto really stack up against the bigger boys hands down, highly recommended!!

I have been using them for rentals for the last 2 years and I was always happy with their service. The airport pickup/drop off is very convenient.

Collecting the vehicle was simple as has been the case other times I've used RentAuto, the vehicle I received was fine. Sadly returning the vehicle wasn't such a pleasurable experience. I arrived early at the airport with car in the same condition as I had collected and with slightly more fuel. Waited until 7am for the office to open to return the keys and parking ticket. No-one from RentAuto arrived so as advised on collection I left the keys.and ticket under the sun visor. On arriving back in the UK I found I had been charged EUR36.90 for early return of vehicle and when raising the issue with Zest and RentAuto I am faced with silence even with hard evidence I was still with the vehicle at 7am AutoRent official opening times. I guess if you have an early flight it may be better to look elsewhere for a company that doesn't have excessive charges for being on time. The P1 car park you return the vehicle to costs EUR0.95 per 15 min to a max of EUR13 day so not sure how this equates to EUR36.90 and no one from Zest or RentAuto can explain as as previously stated I'm faced with silence from both parties. I have had good experiences with RentAuto in the past but this time I have been very let down.

Good experience 1 week rental in Portugal with Rent Auto Algarve trough Zest Car Rental. Excellent service. I hired a car for one month, then made additional extensions. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Honestly the best car rental company I have used anywhere in the world.
